First I want to say to all those who reviewed this product but don’t know how to use it, the whole purpose of kt tape is to help with many differ types of pains/strains/support AND to stay on that area for several days in a row. This is NOT a bandage or brace or moleskin. Do not treat this like it is a bandage or brace or moleskin because you will be very unhappy, like so many of the negative reviewers. The internet has endless amounts of information, use it! Inside this package, is a paper directing the consumer to go online to get instructions on how to use the product, complete with videos.YES! This is very sticky! That’s the whole point in keeping it on for several days in a row. Do NOT rip it off! You will be in excruciating pain and most likely will take some skin with it. If you must absolutely remove it prematurely, use baby oil and saturate it to loosen the adhesive. You will need a fair amount of baby oil to saturate it and patience. Better yet, use the cotton version because it’s less sticky and it’ll be easier to saturate with baby oil to remove.I tried this because the brand I usually purchase was out of stock until the end of the month. However, that brand can get very pricy and I was also looking for something comparable. I purchased the pink continuous roll (saved me a few dollars...worth a try).I loved the reviews that talk about how sticky this is. That means, this WILL stay on for days!!! That’s the whole purpose of kt tape. So those reviews are the reason I decided to give it a try.I had my ACL reconstructed 1.5 years ago and I am having some problems with it. I have been taping the back of my knee, inside, outside and full knee. The back of the knee and the inside seem to be the two areas that definitely need the help of kt tape. So far I am very happy with U Flex. It hasn’t lifted at all, though it has frayed some but it’s still in place and I can feel a difference between this and the cotton version of that other brand (kt). I don’t mind the frays as long as it doesn’t compromise the integrity of the tape.Looks like I will be sticking with this brand as the other brand I mentioned (kt), sent me an opened, used and returned package they listed as new and at full price. I returned it and my review included photos of what I received. I will try to update if anything changes...

This is my 2nd bulk roll of the FlexU Kinesiology tape. That is how good it is.I have used many of the other brands at all price points and this FlexU tape lasts the longest, edges stay down, easy to remove, AND is priced right.The attached picture shows at the end of my 6th day, thru hiking, showers, sitting, and sleeping. If an end edge starts to lift off a bit, I just trim it with curved scissors and that takes care of it. Other tapes, when they start to come off, just kept on peeling away and I had to re-tape.Great tape. Very supportive. Doesn't bother my skin at all. Peels off easily and I do peel it off slowly holding the skin behind the tape as I peel. Only sometimes is there a bit of residue here and there.Update 1/29/2020 Just received my 3rd roll and decided to try the pre-cut. This certainly makes it quick and easy. FlexU has made the shape of the end cuts perfect so no edges come up, the perforations between strips are strong enough to pull tape out of dispenser box but easy to tear off, and tape is still the best.

Chiropractor here. Used KT Pro and rocktape previously. I've also used a few non name brands. I've liked THIS the most.1. its water resistant. If you take a shower or work out with it (not immediately after application obviously) it will not fall off2. It lasts about a week before i get the urge to change it up, at which time, its still on good!3. It doesn't fray at the edges which means less things to get caught on your clothes and eventually pull it off.4. its thinner and more flexible, that means it does better around joints then others.5. it looks professional: the honeycomb pattern, synthetic, easy to remove the backing, precut, easy to cut all help in its appearance to the patient. Even if you cut it down the middle, both pieces still work, cause it sticks.6. less examples of skin irritation coming back from patients. Now remember, its on strong... so if you take it off the first day without water, against the gradient, it will hurt. And someone will be laughing at you for making an amateur mistake.7. It WORKS. Bam. Isn't that why your buying this thing? To help you with your activities. It does that, immediately, noticeably.8. its considerably CHEAPER than its competitors. When you use as much as i do, you'd rather buy two corvettes than one Ferrari with your money of they both get you down the 1/4mile in the same time.

Have purchased the 100+ uncut roll many times & have never had an issue. However, my last purchase on 11/25/20 left me with a defective roll of tape. I didn’t open it until 2/1/21 after finishing my other two rolls. Well what do you know: this recently purchased roll has ZERO elasticity. In the six years I’ve been taping up various parts of my body multiple times literally EVERY day—using 3 to four different products over the years—-this is my first experience with an inelastic roll. Unfortunately the return period ended on 1/27/21, so I am stuck w a useless roll of what has otherwise been an excellent product. Probably will revert back to the original KT tape if I cannot get a replacement roll. I really do prefer this product over all others, but selling defective rolls and not rectifying it with the customer is unacceptable.

This review is early but i thought Id share anyway. Im an acupuncturist and sports rehab specialist. Recently tried this product after using other tapes in the past. I had to tape a patients fractured rib and was concerned that because the tape would be in his underarm area it would peel due to sweat. Not only did it not peel from sweat, the patient swam and showered and still the tape remained perfect for a week. Im highly impressed at the moment and i love the bulk roll.

I wanted to use this tape a few times before leaving a review & I’ve found this tape to be really good stuff - it looks & feels the business - good colour - really nice & sticky backing which is great avoiding the need for adhesive spray first - good stretch to it so you can obtain the right tension - good support for those vulnerable ligaments & tendons etc. especially as I’m getting older, & stays put on your skin without rucking up or slipping while sweating hard during a workout. Love that it comes on a large size roll & at a good price too! Would definitely recommend 👍

Ich hatte das flexU Supreme in einer Einzelverpackung (Dose) zum Testen erworben und war begeistert. Super Klebefähigkeit, Wasserfest und extrem stabil. Da ich das Tape in kontinuierlich im Einsatz habe und auch schon verschiedene Tapes probiert hatte habe ich mich entschieden die 35m Rolle zu kaufen. Offensichtlich habe ich hier entweder ein überlagertes Produkt erwischt oder die Verpackung in der Dose hält das Tape länger frisch. Das Tape aus der 35m Rolle klebt bei weitem nicht so perfect wie der Erstkauf. Ich habe die Vermutung das es an dem heißen Wetter die letzten Monate liegt. Das Tape ist stellenweise wie ausgetrocknet. Ich habe den ersten Meter verklebt und festgestellt das es am Rand nicht so klebt wie es soll und musste das mit einem Zusatzstreifen fixieren. Das Band ist auch nicht so elastisch wie das verbrauchte Referenz Tape. Leider ist auch die Dose mit den vorgeschnittenen Tapes ähnlich schlecht. Ich bin schon fasst geneigt die ganze Charge zurückzuschicken. Falls ihr das gleiche festgestellt haben wäre es schön wenn ihr es in den Kommentar schreiben würdet.

Das ist eigentlich das beste Kinesotape was ich bisher eingesetzt habe. Die 35m Rolle ist ok. Bei den vorgeschnitten Tapes war der Kleber stellenweise trocken.
