Hello. I have scars (small holes on chicks) on my face due to severe acne since college and still after marriage, i had so much acne(provided before and after pictures). So I have decided to use this derma roller as I have seen a lot of videos about derma rolling. Now come to the point, I used it only 2 times in 2 months (means once in a month) and I can challenge that I can see a visible difference in my skin. It feels so softer than before. Though its winter and my acne problem is reduced in every winter, so I don't say the changes are only because of derma roller. But it's true that this year my skin is much better than before. So when the summer will come then if I won't experience any acne problem this year, then I will give an another review on this. But till now I can say I am satisfied with this roller. Updated Review (2019 summer): Now summer has come and u can see the changes on the pictures. I'm sure you all can understand what I'm trying to say. Friends pls pls plssssssss don't be afraid of needles, jst give it a try once🙏. Trust me u won't be cheated. After using it my skin becomes red and after using toner and night gel it feels more tingling but as I use it at night, I sleep and in the morning redness is gone. After 2-3 days it starts peeling (this whole process can vary from man to man). Now i can only say it worked. I'm really thankful to my God and me ofcourse for making the decision of using it. I was very worried about the quality of the product considering i got it at discount . But I am very happy to say that it was the real deal. The handle is very sturdy and the needles seem be good quality. The box to store is very functional and just right. I just now used it once.i cant say about the results of using it yet but as far as the look and feel of product go it's nice. gave it four stars only because I don't know how the result will be yet

I use it many time product is ok, I didn't observe any changes in the hair growth and changes in scalp.

DRS Dermaroller 0.5mm. The roller has 540 ultra sharp tiny needles of 0.5mm size arranged in cross-line order. The needles are golden and titanium build as per the seller. It is said to be very efficient system for Anti-ageing, skin regeneration, skin tightening, collagen stimulating therapy and also useful for hair regrowth. I am using it only for hair regrowth. WORKING- Derma rolling also called "Micro-needling" works by creating tiny punctures into the skin thus creating a controlled skin injury in order to rejuvenate skin by stimulate skin repair and cell regeneration. When body sustains an injury or wound, it heals itself by creating new collagen. BENEFITS- Stimulate collagen production. Reduce acne scars, stretch marks,wrinkles, Reduce hair fall, promote production of new hair follicles. Improve skin texture. Cheaper then other skin treatment therapy, easy to use. DRAWBACK- "Needles" the scariest thing for some adult. Not for low pain tolerent or sensitive people. Red skin, bleeding and swelling (usually disappear very fast) DO- Keep away from childrens, it is not a toy. Only personal use. Sterilize after every use. Apply nutritional cream. Roll in a plus (+) and multiply (x) pattern for best result. Use twice or thrice a week as per the instruction of dermatologist. DON'T- Share with others. Use in wounds. Apply irritant cosmetics. PRODUCT- It comes in a fiber case packed inside a sterile packaging. The case is solid and meant for safe keeping of the micro needles. The Needles on the roller are golden (titanium coated). It is advisable not to keep the roller on a solid base as it can damage the tiny needles. There are no user manual. So consult a dermatologist and watch videos on youtube if there is any confusion about how to use the roller. Using it from quite a long time now, and the roller is still in a good shape. I will recommend it to all those who are determined and ready to dedicate time and labor for the micro needling therapy. Consult a dermatologist before using it.

U suggest not to use this. Derma roller is of good quality but dosnt help to reduce the unevenness on ur face . Rather i suggest take some medication 💊 from Dr and even if Dr suggests this dnt use it . Its of no use . I used for a year properly as indicated by Dr but dint help me at al . After using this , following sife effects u experience: 1.irriatation of skin for 4 or 5 hours aftr using it 2. Bleeding on face is observed 3. You cannot expose ur face to Ac or fan as it causes very bad irritation,you cannot move out 4. Troubles our skin Note: dont use on area you get pimples as this wil lead to damaging your skin and give more irritation.

yes, it works but when baby hair comes we need to care of it so for easy use only trim your head with 0 size trimer don't shave and do oiling after bath everyday and be positive if you still have hair fall that means thin hair going out and new thick hair will come so have faith and i don't know is it work on baldness or not but if your scalp is alive or you had heavy hair fall it will regrow hair on scalp.and massag will help you to be relax and improve your blood circulation and for healthy hair grow you can use biotin tablets and also consult with your dermatologist .

Very good product which I have actually been using for over a year now. If one has enough tolerance for moderate pin prick pain & if one does not bleed a lot, then one should consider using it on a regular basis, as it does help stabilise hair quality over time, improves texture & most importantly it does also help in Hair REGROWTH. However the number of new hairs to sprout out from dormant hair follicles, depends on a lot of factors, such as DHT levels in the system, extent of hair loss, the body’s response generation time cycles, regularity of use of the product, diet, exercise etc. For me it took a good eight to nine months of daily use of the Dermaroller, coupled with almost religious use of hair oil for 8-10 hours a day to actually notice small tiny hairs sprouting out from absolutely bald spots on my temple region, but the process is painfully slow & now I have slowly moved on to using a 1 mm dermaroller & am waiting for further improvement. Cleaning the dermaroller with boiling hot water, followed with both Dettol & Clinical Spirit (Isopropyl Rubbing Alcohol) & keeping it out to dry out completely before reuse is a must, to ensure it remains disinfected at all times.

Genuine review. (HAIR LINE SPCLY) I'm working on MY hair like you guys only. This product is so so just give you mental satisfaction but no apparent / straight difference on my hair line.
