Hello everyoneI bought a Hamilton Beach 63325 stand mixer from the US . I had the same problem with it ..... you need to use a STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER ( up to 1000 watts or atleast 500 watts) . They use 100 -110 volts in the USA whereas in India we use 220 volts. Guys please buy a step down transformer .... mine is working just great now. I am able to use it in all the 6 speeds .

I bought mine from US and use step down transformer with it. Works very good. I mix dough, cake batter, make buttercream, whip cream and all speeds are functional. I am a professional baker. And I absolutely love this product. Good buy.This is a 110 V. You NEED converter.

Customer Service number does not work
Never buy Hamilton product. Customer service number does not work and email query form keeps showing you error even if u have filled it correctly. No way to reach customer service.
