Wow, where have you been all my life??? This is a real game changer! The size of the heads is perfect and the pole telescopes more than twenty feet yet doesn’t bend when fully extended. It has some weight but is not too heavy to use. The different rotating heads make cleaning those hard to reach windows and glass doors much easier. No streaking, very sturdy, and my upper windows look very nice. The squeegee works well and the soft cloth head removes any residue.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this actually works. I have a bigger window that I've always washed by hand but always had to get out a ladder since it was high off the ground. I was a bit skeptical that this would dry well without streaks by using the squeegee so I tried it on the inside first. I was impressed. The pole itself was heavier than I expected but not too heavy & is well built. The weight distributes really well & it helps to get the right amount of pressure needed to use the squeegee. Pole length is way longer than I'll ever need but if you have bigger windows high off the ground then I'd recommend this one. Or just take the top off the pole & use it for large doors, glass showers, big mirrors etc. I used it on our large glass entry door as well & it did an really good job in getting it nice & clean! Streak free & quick cleaning is always a plus with kids around & this does it!

This item definitely had potential. The telescopic design let me reach spots I usually can’t get to, and it extended impressively far. That part really impressed me and made the job much easier — at least for a little while. Unfortunately, it broke at the handle connection point not long after I started using it. It seemed a bit cheaply made, and the weak point just couldn’t handle much pressure. I ended up having to return it, which was disappointing because I really wanted to finish the task I bought it for. If the build quality were better, this would be a five-star product easily. The functionality is there — it just needs to be sturdier.

I needed a strong extensible pole for cleaning and clearing snow from my solar array. The universal head allowed attachment of a soft bristle broom to allow snow pushing and pulling to keep the array clear during winter. Even under heavy snow and icy conditions, the pole worked well and never froze up. The longer length and strength of the rods allowed the snow to be pushed over the top when the snow had piled too high along the bottom of the array. As a bonus I could use the window washing accessories to clean windows on our 2 story house. Great product!

This is a great product! For the first time in over 2 years I was able to clean the windows on my home without a ladder! The extension pole is very sturdy.
