Battery back-up is good.
1. Mp3 music files cant be added to its own music player, it can be run only through file manager,2. Ringtone volume is ok but sms tone is too low,3. Supplied usb charger cable is too short in length,4. Battery back-up is good.

Take a look before buying it.
Overall product is good.It's bit thick so sometime it is uncomfortable.(It's heavy too)One information about it in description was wrong in description it was said that it's internal memory is 4 Mb but I don't think so because it can't even store a 27 Kb ringtone.Battery backup is one of the feature that makes it a good product. I don't even charge my phone for 10 days.Sometime SIM 1 show Emergency I used to think that its network problem but after some digging I found that many people are suffering with same problem. Still digging about it....Speaker is not that good ( it irritates me)Built quality is good.So at last If you want a phone with long lasting battery this one is for you.

Philips Cellular Phones Very Very Poor in Quality With No After Sales & Service Mechanism
The Phone is OF Very Very Poor Quality. The LCD Screen Will Go OFF Within Three Months & Overall Life OF Handset is Not More Than 6 Months. Not At All A Sensible Buy . With Such A Very Very Poor Quality Philips is Damaging its Own Brand. The Phone is Manufactured in China & The Worst Part is Neither The Manufacturer, Importer, Reseller OR Philips itself OR Any One OF Them is Ready To Take Responsibility. Moreover Philips Has No Service Centers in The Country OR Any Mechanism OF After Sales & Service For Celluar Phones After Selling Their Own Product & With Their Own Brand They Altogether Have Washed Hands Completely From Product Quality & After Sales & Service. We Thought We Are Paying To Royal Philips But Realised We Paid To Horrible Philips & Paid A Good Amount For A Scrap Phone. Big Big No To Such A Philips Brand Product. Philips Cell Phones Are A Horrible Product Purchased
