Not nearly as bad as people make out...
Now I actually bought these as a last resort. A few months before I purchased these I had treated myself to a Paul Gilbert signature fireman guitar and for the life of me I could not fathom why i was snapping high E strings almost every week (snapped 2 in a day once) I did a little bit of research and found nothing and i had concluded that the strings were consistently snapping at the bridge, I thought at first what a silly design for a bridge, but then I couldn't figure out how Paul was using so many different models with the same bridge for videos and gigs and having no snapping at all (little did i realise he was using RPS strings at this point) after seeing some of the Paradigm ads on Facebook I desperately bought some as the guitar had became my main gigging instrument.I'd seen lots and lots of negative reviews saying they snapped in the first 24 hours, that they rust easy etc etc etc, but like i say i was desperate, I think i purchased these on January 23rd 2019... 50 or gigs later, plenty of weekly rehearsals and a lot of playing at home I literally cannot even fault these. Before i wrote this review i had a little clean of the strings, they're a bit grubby but the tone is still there and they have that snap that new strings lose after a few weeks of playing, I am actually quite shocked myself they still feel and sound so good after 8 months of hard work (I am a pretty hard player myself and strings do suffer)Usually I don't tend to leave good reviews as I think to myself "well yeah they're doing as advertised" and I am really nit picky about these sort of things but I am well and truly impressed by the durability of these strings. The only reasons i can think of for people snapping these strings within the first 24 hours is 1. They've been sent a bad batch, unlikely but it does happen and 2. which is far more likely, whoever is finding these snapping after 24 hours or 1 use obviously doesn't know how to restring a guitar correctly or doesn't have their guitar properly set up.So if you're reading this and you are like i was and you're sceptical then my advice is definitely give these a try, ignore all the bad reviews and see for yourself, I'm glad I did.

Good strings.
A wee bit expensive however they should last longer, feel good under the fingers and plenty of sustain, will buy again and would recommend.

Best guitar strings out there? Also - 7 strings were cheaper than 6?
I only buy these strings for my and my son's guitars., They give super long life (years in some cases without losing brightness) and sound just as good as regular Ernie Ball Slinky strings.I got the 7 string pack as it was (oddly) cheaper than buying the 6 string pack. There must have been some stock issues as the six string packs have now dropped in price again.Always worth checking which of them is cheaper when you need strings

pretty good
As these strings are expensive, they should last at least about 3 x as long as regular slinkys. I found they lasted barely twice as long. Despite the disappointing life they sound better, having finer definition. This was unexpected. Presumably this is because of the coating. I will buy another set & try them on a different guitar.

wonderful
I am a super slinky user through and through, I thought id give the Paradigm a go as I hear good things, they are great, sound lovely, nice tones overall just like the 'regular' super slinkys but these will apparently last longer. so far so good. ordered another set to trow on again after I upgrade my pickups very soon (DiMarzio Crunch lab & Air Norton) cannot wait to slap everything together

A lot to like
I've used EBs slinkys since the 70s amongst probably every brand you could mention, I've always felt slinkys suit fenders very very well, but longevity of tone being poor, great if you regularly change .These paradigms keep their tone, but for me I never really liked them on a Tele for jazz, if you're a blues player there's a lot to like here, can't say how long they will last , had to change back to Elixir.

You wont regret buying them. They last so long.
Nice and bright, not too bright though. They break in really quickly too and are rock solid. These are my go to strings now.I used to swear by ernie ball pink standards for playability, but these are great value for money. Outstanding longevity. Yet to break one. And with floyd rose systems, I have tried. They are stiffer than standards though, so be aware that a set up will likely be required.

Incredible deal, and this strings are probably the best I've had so far.
I was a little unsure about these ones as I've tried a lot of Ernie Ball strings and was never super impressed. However, the sound, playability and durability of the strings is awesome. Most times for the price point of $18/pack I would go with the D'Ardarrio XS strings as they are the same price and I would say they are better coated for smooth playing, but the difference is marginal...so if you can get this in the 2 pack for $25, that is a killer deal for high end guitar strings.

Not unbreakable, but dang close
Been using Paradigms since they were first released, and I don't think I'll ever go back. They keep their sound so much longer than normal strings, and they're extremely difficult to break. Also if you're looking for a good set for Drop B tuning on a 25.5"-28" scale guitar, give these a whirl, as that's what I use 'em for.
