I received this as a gift and I love it! I love the ice, and the appliance easily fits on the countertop without taking up too much space. The only thing I don’t like is the fact that it is constantly making noise, but we are learning to tune it out.

I’ve owned this for over a month. It’s a neat little machine and makes good ice. I use it constantly. Before I owned it 30 days, it started leaking and making a funny noise from time to time. I could have sent it back, but I love the ice and I put a tray under it to catch the leaks. It keeps my tray filled up so I have to empty the tray every 2 days or so. I figure I’ll keep it until it gives out, but I’m not sure if I’ll buy another if it dies since the cost is a little high for a machine that leaks. I do like the automatic cleaning function (for 5 minutes every hour) but I use the manual cleaning function every couple of weeks or so. It is a little noisy with the air blowing that you would normally expect from a machine that has a refrigeration function. And it beeps every time the ice fills up when it can’t dump anymore. It also beeps when it runs out of water and you need to refill it. But I still enjoy the pellet ice in my drinks. It reminds me of snowcone ice and I love to eat it.Update: This leaked enough every day that I had to empty the tray under it every day. It also started having little “shavings” in the water and ice. I finally emptied the water and let it dry out. When I rubbed my fingers inside the ice bin, I found a whitish film covering the inside. I stopped using it immediately. I didn’t want to be putting a harmful substance into my body. I DO NOT recommend this machine!! I should have returned it when I had the chance.

It runs smoothly and quietly. There is nothing to complain about with this countertop ice maker! Well made and durable. There is no odor. Very happy with it! I use it every day and it's not too obtrusive on my countertop. My family almost took it away from me haha

This ice machine has been our best friend in the summer heat. I have a family of ice chewers and it provides enough ice to keep all 5 of us satisfied throughout the day, without ever running low. The reservoir seems to hold about 7 cups at a time, and is constantly producing more until it's full.The nuggets are a great size for ice chewing, making iced coffees, and icees. I like that the nuggets are not hollow, so they do not melt as soon as they hit liquid.The machine itself is perfect for me as I live in an apartment and don't have much counter space to spare. Overall, it has been quite impressive and I am very please with its performance.

Ice works good. But for some reason black stuff is constantly coming out with the ice. We have done the self cleaning, but the black stuff continues to come out. We have even cleaned with alcohol and it does not stop. Don't buy this ice maker. Not worth it. We use really good bottled water as well so it's not that. There are cheaper ones with better reviews.

I have had this ice machine 8 months and the full sensor light stays on, the machine has quit. I have cleaned the machine. Cleaned the sensors and still not working. I would not purchase again.

At this writing, have only ran it twice. It makes nice chewable chunks of ice. Not too noisy when running, which is nice and easy to set up and use. The only downside - there was a small detached piece sitting in the well upon unboxing and I'm not sure where it goes. I tried to figure it out, but the manual is not very clear in identifying parts. Still, the machine seems to work fine, but I do wish it was easier to ID parts.

Ice maker started leaking and could not find leak the it stopped working. Only had for @2 months. Company’s customer service was not helpful
