We are going to go ahead and put "water proof" it's in quotes because i had this above a fish tank for couple months. not submerged. spray and humidity. two different strand both are starting to short now because the water proofing is not very good. I have 1/3rd of a strip dark on one. the other only a little bit is starting to short out. but either way I feel like this is as light of an application gets for waterproofing and it still didn't hold up. the lights themselves were fine.

This strip is just a bit brighter than similar products I obtained in the past, so if you're extending an existing setup, it may not be a perfect match. Color is the same, though. The problem is mounting it - that marvelous "3M Adhesive" won't stick to anything for more than a day or two, and in fact the coating of this worthless stuff acts to prevent any real glue from bonding with the strip. So it's always a chore to find some way to hold this stuff in place without driving nails or staples through the electronics.

Works fine, colors are fine, but they aren't that bright - and more importantly, the "WHITE" is not. At all. It's blue, and dim. Don't make the same mistake as I did and assume these will work for under cabinets to supply any meaningful light.

Works great. I Used 4 rollers and 1 5 output controller on my boat. I can make the whole inside Any color to set the mood or white to light the whole inside up. Like all these led strips, expect to use a bit of CA glue to secure the strips properly but no big deal. Use heat shrink tubing over all the connectors to keep them secured , prevent corrosion and water out.

THEY LIE!!! THIS IS NOT RGB. THIS IS NOT MULTI COLOR. THIS IS FRAUDULANT. I have spent the past month trying over 5 different controllers. RGB, GBR, RBG.... i have tried everything. These lights only do red. They are very dim if functional at all... The strip itself feels melted in some areas right out of the package.... The package had moisture. And the adhesive is nonexistant.... Complete waste of money and time.... They are blatant liars. I have wasted money on these lights, plus 5 different controllers. I want my money back,

Super bright, people saying it isn’t bright are probably are using a 5v controller, says 12v right on the strip. As far a the sticky part, use a degreaser, rubbing alcohol & heat the 3M tape up & it’ll stick just fine. I use these in all my custom installations. Even includes a splicer for when you cut the strip to avoid have to solder to the contacts! Only downside is they do get a little warm.

I had to cut line to make it fit around my screened in porch. Well.... that messed everything up. Lights are really dim near the end.

Put these in my pantry and they work absolutely wonderful
