This is my first try of a product from Dr. Organic.You get a bottle of Guava based shampoo and conditioner in a nice travel bag. Nothing wrong with that, ideal for travel purposes or perhaps a stocking filler at Christmas.Now, I love the organic and cruelty free credentials but how does it perform? Well, the shampoo lacks the agents used in a lot of commercial shampoos to add thickness and get a great lather, so you have to use quite a bit of it. Whereas with my normal shampoo I like to wash it through my hair twice, with this shampoo I had to do it three times. Nice fruity fragrance to it although not too strong.The conditioner doesn’t quite pull off the fragrance, smelling and looking more like hand cream. Again, you need to use quite a bit of it.Now it did leave my hair nice and soft but does it stand out from my usual brand? The answer is no. I’m going three stars pushing to four stars because of the organic and environmental principles behind the product.

This shampoo and conditioner duo has given my hair a much needed boost. My hair is feeling softer than ever and never feels dry or knotty after using this duo. It's worked wonders on my hair and has boosted my confidence as a result. I will definitely been buying this brand again!

The zipped bag these 265ml full sized bottles arrive in is a good quality one, that has the Dr Organic name on both the bag and zip, it has a clear front so would make a great bag for travelling with.My wife tested out the products and this is her thoughts. I really like the fact the shampoo and conditioner are both vegan, cruelty free and made with organic ingredients.On opening the shampoo I really liked the fresh fruit smell, but as there is no Sodium lauryl sulphate in the product the lathering was quite poor, so I ended up using more than I probably needed just so my hair felt clean. The conditioner again has a really nice fruity smell, but it didn't help with making my hair feel soft after I had used it. After I had dried my hair I couldn't smell the lovely fruity smell from when I was in the shower, so I was a bit disappointed it hadn't carried over.At £10.99 at the time of writing this review, I was disappointed in both products for different reasons, but then they both had the scent that disappeared, I don't think these are ones I would recommend.

My wife is the official hair product tester in the house, its been a long time since I needed shampoo!She recently a different environmentally friendly shampoo that was over twice the price of this product and it was terrible, she looked a little disappointed when I handed her another one to try.Despite her concerns she is impressed, the fragrance is pleasant and it lathers really well, this was certainly not the case with the previous one she tried. Her hair was nice and clean and with the conditioner left feeling soft and nourished.A nice set if you want to go down a more environmentally friendly route.

…..I use quite a bit of Dr Organic products. I like all of them, including this shampoo and conditioner set.I have used some of it but am saving the rest to take on holiday…..I think it is a good travel setSo far, my hair is enjoying this set. I have had no reaction. My hair feels clean and soft.I would order again and very happy to recommend

I really liked using the Dr Organic guava shampoo and conditioner. They smell really nice but not overpowering and gave really nice results in my hair,The shampoo is sulphate free, and does lather well considering. It doesn't dry my hair out, and it smells really nice.The conditioner is silicone free, is thick and has a slightly buttery texture, which can make it a bit more difficult to apply to the hair evenly and I end up using quite a lot of it. The results I get are good, and my hair feels smooth and soft after using it. The smell is also lovely, but not very strong.
