Just In Case
I haven't had to use an OBD1 connector in quite some time, but it's nice to have this adapter to work with my tablet for when I might need it. Sure, I could short pins and read the flash codes, but counting flashes isn't my favorite thing to do and this is a very reasonable price to just have a code show up on a screen. The adapter appears well made overall. I didn't see anything glaring that would bug me too much. The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice if it were a bit shorter. I've had occasion where an OBD1 connector was in a fairly cramped spot.

High quality OBDII to OBD adapter
Just recently purchased an Autel diagnostic tool and I have one older GM car that is OBD. This adapter provides the fittings to plug up into that. I haven't yet hooked it up to test but should do the job since my tool is Autel.
