Fits my Rx pads with some room around the edges but can still fit in my lab coat pocket with ease. I like that there is a slot for a pen. I have both landscape and portrait style Rx pads and they both fit, that is if there is 50 pages or less in total.

Perfect size for a 4.25" x 5.5" Rx pad. Has a pen holder built into the fold as well as a few flaps behind the opening cover to accommodate business cards. Can accommodate Rx pad in portrait or landscape style. Quality of leather is nice. This is a durable pad, looks elegant, and fits well into any white coat pocket. Happy with purchase.

Exactly as advertised. Well crafted leather case in a handsome presentation box. Inside on the left is an area for business cards and a larger pocket for notes. On the right side there are slots to fit both "portrait" and "landscape" oriented prescription pads. Slightly large for standard 5.5x4.25" prescription pads. The dimensions of the case are about 6.5 x 5' so there are overhangs. The only complaint I have is that there is not much space for a full rx pad - the case barely closes flat while empty, and with a full pad in it it doesn't close at all unless something is sitting on it. I'm hoping the case will loosen with time and usage.

I received my leather prescription pad holder in the mail today. I like the feel of the leather. Its a nice size which will fit nicely in my lab coat. Its very professional looking and I can put my business cards and notes in it as well. Very nice product, I would buy it again. Cant wait to use it everyday. Thanks!

This is a great prescription pad holder if you are in the market for one. My prescription pads measure 5.5 x 4.25 inches. The item will hold the pad in either the landscape or portrait orientation. This item holds them with approximately 0.5 inches to either side (in landscape orientation). A high quality item for a reasonable price.

Excellent quality leather and nice size!

Classy unadorned quality black leather prescription pad holder that is true to size quoted, but larger than it needs to be for my purpose. It does fit in my lab coat pocket, but just barely. After placing my prescription pad in the holder, there is a 5/8" x 1" excess margin around the pad. I was pleased to find there is a flap to hold the cardboard pad backing for both landscape & portrait oriented RX pads. Quality stitching with no loose threads. Arrived as promised.

This leather prescription pad holder is exactly what I wanted. The quality is excellent and it fits my prescription pad (4.25" x 5.5") perfectly. It also has a spot for my pen and business cards. There is also a couple other slots/flaps that I put some of my notes in. I am very happy with my purchase.
