I Want to Pour It Into Shot Glasses And Drink It
This maple syrup is so delicious, I want to pour it into shot glasses and drink it. We only use 100% pure maple syrup or raw honey as sweeteners, and we tend to use more than the average person as a result. And this is the good stuff. It's a good value too to know we're getting high quality and the real deal, not a bunch of different kinds mixed together and who knows what else mixed in. Have already ordered two gallons, and definitely will be ordering again!

What's not to like?
Great maple taste and not too sweet like the early to mid season tappings. I think I have found my new favorite!

Quality and Value
I know a gallon seems like a lot, but I don't use refined sugar for anything anymore. The gallon size is such a good value.

Alternative sweetener
Very robust flavor, it is a good sweetener for coffee and hot chocolate.

Great taste. Organic? No idea.
Great taste. No idea if it really is organic as I have no reliable source that tells me so.
