The chipping and flaking is minimal when the blade is cool but as expected once it heats up it happens more. I’ve noticed that it works better on stronger batteries or grinders that are corded. Great value for the money.

In less than a minute this had made the other three cuts and I just needed a few more minutes with the rotozip to finish the corners. Very affordable and works with an angle grinder.
