Really nice compact foam roller. It’s nice and firm so I can really dig into your muscles. The size makes it easy to store in any space. I’m overall very happy with this product. It’s helped my back a lot.

I have graduated from a softer roller to this one. Chosen by my trainer, it does “dig in” and get me ready for my full workout.

The roller is soft yet durable and does its job. It’s is quite small and doesn’t cover all of back area making it difficult to use. This is supposed to relieve pain in the back but I didn’t notice a difference after using it.

I use this every day mostly for my back and it cracks my back easily every time.

Works great, when I get sciatica pain, using this gets rid of it after several days of using.

Update Less than a year later and not much use out of it. This thing cracked and is useless now. I'm not overweight and I was just rolling out my legs and using it appropriately. I do not recommend this product. It is clearly cheaply made. Other brands I've had have lasted 10 plus years I'm a personal trainer and swear by this tool for loosening muscles (so does Tom Brady, but his brand is probably 3x the cost...). Love that it comes in a pretty purple! Most brands are basic colors. Holding up well.

Very high quality foam roller!

Came in a pink color and its too hard to use. Not foam, extremely hard plastic. Missed the return window otherwise would've returned it. Absolute scam. Don't buy it
