Works well as a special hydration and repair hair treatment
This product is not frequent use. It requires a bit of prep to stir the contents of the bottle with some water. It's not a ton of effort, but more effort than being able to use it straight out of the bottle. You also need to use the three bottles each about a week apart.That being said, it worked well for me. My hair loved the treatments, and felt hydrated and strengthened. It's sort of like a special, high-quality treatment for the hair, and feels like a spa or salon service. I don't think anyone would be disappointed after using it.

what a pain
My hair is in need of some deep conditioning but this was a process and I don't really notice much of a difference.The vials are small but the directions are practically microscopic. I know I am getting older and I need to wear my glasses to read, but I had to break out a lighted magnifying glass to read the directions. Even then I had issues.To be fair, I gave up trying to read it and the first bottle I just dumped on my hair in the shower, spread it through with my hands and washed it out. It felt conditioned, but I realize that was not how it was supposed to be used. So I tried again once I got my step daughter with younger eyes to read the directions. I don't have time for bowls and nonsense. I did it, but I would rather just pay someone to do the deep condition at this point. Especially when the results were minimal. At this price, if you have the time and desire, go for it.

I’m currently on week 2,Will start week 3 MondayThe scent is not really there so it’s not an issueMy hair felt amazing after week 1, like immediately!I love how easy and simple they make it, so it’s not confusing.My hair feels healthy already and it’s very shinyThe cream mask is like a serum but thick enough to put in your hair.I definitely recommend this product if you need a reset. I will buy it again for sure.If you’re debating on getting this, do it!It works exactly like they describe.

not enough for long hair, too much work
I wouldn't recommend if you're lazy like me and want the easy fast route. This is a 3 step care where you use each bottle per week so after 3 weeks you'll see the full result. I have long, dry damaged hair especially at the ends and also thin. My hair felt nicer but I don't think the small bottles were enough for my long hair. It also takes much longer than a typical hair mask -- need to find an appropriate mixing bowl, gotta add water, then mix, then apply. Then repeat 2 more times a week out per each. Not really for someone that's looking for instant results.

Complicated to use
This made my hair soft and shiny but it’s complicated to use. Each vial has to be mixed with water and applied in order with a week in between each step. Not worth it to me. But it works.
