Pours from the side
It is not clear from the illustration that the bottle dispenses from very near the top. What looks like perhaps a tube running down the side of the bottle to the bottom is merely a deep groove on the inside of the bottle. I am not clear what the purpose of it is.I had supposed the bottle would be flexible enough to squeeze, and it is, but not very much. Squeezing is perhaps not much wanted because the bottle really pours. The usual lab wash bottle has a dispensing tube to the bottom, and either has another tube through which one blows to deliver a forceful stream of liquid, or it is a quite flexible bottle that one squeezes to force out the liquid. This bottle does not deliver a stream, it simply pours. The molded groove makes the bottle too rigid to squeeze very much or very easily. For side pouring, this bottle does the job; if you want a forceful stream, use something else.

Looks like what you want, but it's probably not
The manufacturer of this product clearly doesn't understand how these are supposed to work. As other reviewers have noted, there is groove down the side of the bottle that suggests it draws liquid from the bottom, as similar products that look like this will do. Not this one. The groove is just for show, and liquid is drawn from the top, at the elbow where the tube connects. So, if you are looking for a bottle that you can give a light squeeze without tipping to dispense a few drops, this is not it. Furthermore, since tipping is necessary, the vacuum in the tube is broken when you right the bottle to put it down, so whatever remains in the tube slowly dribbles out onto your work surface, which could very undesirable.

Didn't work for my purposes
I wanted this to fill some small hummingbird feeders on my patio. For the syrup to come out of the nozzle, it required me to tip the bottle on its side. I wanted one that would work when it was upright. I ended up giving it away.

Mouthwash dispenser
Used for dispensing mouthwash in perfect amounts. There is a channel on the inside rather than a tube that delivers the liquid to the tip, so as it goes lower you have to tip the bottle some to get liquid out..

deficient bottle: ripped nozzle
One of the nozzles is ripped. Hence one water bottle is useless unless I can get a new nozzle. Please advise.

Does the Job
Works ok, made ok, priced appropriately for its quality. I'd like a higher quality but didn't want to pay two or three times the price for it. I'd buy this again.

Junk
Junk. The spout was cracked and broke off right away. It is made out of the thinnest, cheapest plastic I have ever seen. I threw it all away.

This bottle is a total fake...a piece of crap. A perfectly good one from Nelson Jameson is about $4.25 so don't waste your money on this imitation.
