Bought to help reduce edema (fluid build-up) in my lower legs. Received it on August 4th, inflated it, draped a spare bath towel over it to keep it clean and began using it right away. After a week or so I discovered that all night use of it was causing pain in my joints which I'd never experienced before, so I changed my approach and found that it worked well enough to stay with when I started varying my sleeping positions, resting a leg or two on it intermittently through the night. Using it like this hasn't eliminated my edema, but it has come close, greatly reducing it and its associated pain without exacerbating or causing any new issues. And I've found it pretty comfortable for lounging too. I lent it to my wife one night and at first, she didn't want to give it back. I wound up ordering a second one for her. I'm 6'-3", she's 5'-6", and both of us have found it to be a good and effective height and length for us. On the down side I think it could stand to be a few inches wider, and it could certainly be a bit more durable. While never subjected to any kind of abuse, mine developed a slow leak after only about five weeks. I reinflated it, found the leak, then semi-deflated it to initially plug the leak with a bead of super-glue. This "repair" worked for a few nights, and the second such attempt failed the first night. All things considered, I was fairly happy with this product. It didn't cost a lot, the clever inflating bag works well, and I learned that in shopping for a more durable (and expensive) foam pillow, this is the size I'll be looking for. I might also buy another one of these for use when traveling, as there's no way a foam pillow can be as portable.

I have a spine condition and use a foam wedge like this daily. I have a second home and wanted a wedge for travel. This seemed to fit my needs.This wedge pillow is a good size and may be a little big for shorter people like me. But it's good enough to do the job. The pillow does not come with instructions for inflation with the strange black bag. I had to refer back to the listing to figure that out. That is a pet peeve of mine to need to go online to get instructions. The black bag is not intuitive at all. I tried inflating it myself but the valve is really big and hard to inflate. My air compressor does not have an inflator this large. So the black inflator bag was my method of inflation. It works but it's not the most convenient method.The wedge has a soft surface and is a comfortable height with a sloped side to gently raise the legs. This is very good for travel. I do wish it was easier to inflate on the go.

I love that I don't have to stack a bunch of pillows to keep my leg propped. This stays in place and doesn't slide around. It conforms to the back of your legs in the back of your knee area for complete comfort and very light weight.
