I am constantly looking for a better appetite suprersant,give me energy, stabilize my metabolism, keeping my stress hormone cortisol low. Im sure there is an antipressant for this eating problem but I dont want to take one. I have a heart and blood problem but this product does not make me jittery PLUS I can still have my morning coffee. It has essential ingredients for weight loss, cinnamon,gree tea chromium for a few. My weight loss is slow but I am not able to exercise. Would recommend trying.

I think these are making a difference. There is no after taste or anything like that. The capsules are a bit large but I think this is pretty normal for this type of supplement.

I am enjoying this product so far, not sure what results I will finally get but I love the components it offers. I will stay the course and see where I end up with using this product.
