I shopped on line quite a bit until this bike caught my eye. I ordered it and it arrived early. Unpacking this high quality bike, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. They made it easy and charging the battery took only 3 hrs. Riding this beast is FUN! It is beautifully beefy. Its fast, faster than advertised but still comfortable and stable at high speeds. Great torque and throttle response. So happy i took a chance on the falcon pro 2. I can't say enough good things about this aggressive looking e-bike. 5 stars baby. Get one or move out of the way.

I like this Ebike. I like that I can apply different assist levels as I peddle and can also use the thumb throttle. I like the big fat tires for the gravel roads. The headlight didn’t work but that is a small issue. It was easy to assemble and fun to ride. I replaced the seat also as it was very uncomfortable for me. It does take a little bit of practice to get used to the power.

I am a season hunter and I bought this bike with the purpose of using it as a scouting/ hunting tool. I hunt public land in Florida, where many times vehicles are not allowed and it is extremely hot to be walking long distances while carrying a bunch of gear with you. I was skeptical at first, but I figured why not give it a try based on the price. So far I have put this thing through a fair amount of abuse. I've taken this thing through places most of you would never even think of taking your bike to and it has performed way better than I would have ever expected. It has kept up and even performed better in some instances than a more expensive bike that my hunting buddy has.Customer service is also very good. I had an issue where one of my pedals hit a tree stump hidden under some grass and messed up both my right pedal and crank. I contacted the seller, they asked for some pictures and sent me a brand new crank and pedal set within just a few days. It was very reassuring to find out that customer service is easy to talk to and that the seller stand behind his product.The only complaint that I can come up with is the breaks. After you adjust and tighten them, they tend come back loose pretty quickly. They also make a lot noise sometimes. Especially when they are a little wet. This is not a deal breaker for me and considering the price, it was expected that some corners were cut somewhere.If you are thinking on buying this for trail riding, hunting, or the city, I would definitely recomend it. Just keep an eye on the breaks.

MISSING A FRONT BEARING FOR STEERING AND SHOCK PARTS

MZZK no longer exists, the website is useless and the QR code on the frame does not work. My bike came without a manual, charger, pedals, or the front axle (skewer). I was able to buy the three missing items on Amazon for $55. Headlight did not work, turns out there is a switch on the headlight itself not just on the LCD controller. If you need support the bike is actually very common but under many different names, the main company is GOGOAL/Bafang that is how I found a manual and parts. You will not get any support with this bike, you are taking a gamble if you buy it. When running it is very fast, 23 MPH on throttle alone, I have the 750W motor. It has an annoying speed warning beep when you go fast. I would never buy another nor recommend to anyone I know, I only bought it because it was super cheap were I got it.

Good strong bike. Comfortable and fun to use. Had a small issue but Molly at customer service took care of it very quickly. Great communication and fast response. Thanks again. Will be getting my wife one soon.

My first electric bike so not a lot to go on. I can recognize a poor design or something that will cause issues somewhere down the road. The wire sitting in the open like this is only going to catch on something and be torn off.Battery life is so, so. Expected better. Expected a little faster than 19 mph and I only weigh 150lbs.Brakes??? Don't rely too much on your brakes. Mine barely stop the thing, that and they squeak so bad.Check everything real good. Comes with hardly anything actually tight.I use the throttle a lot, only because i’m a right leg amputee. So far i’ve been able to get about 40 miles before a charge. Still too new to me to make a good call on it. For the money it’s worth it. Bought fenders for it right away cause you will get soaked and muddy without them.
