I initially purchased a large black leather chair, but after reading product reviews from other sellers that the large white leather chairs looked very good, I communicated with the seller and switched to a white one.It didn't disappoint me! The chair's adjustability features cater to every need, and its wide seat and high back perfectly support my tall frame. The construction of the chair is very good, and it is a heavy duty chair for sure. Everything is designed for large weight capacity and this chair seems like it will last a long time. There is a small problem with the cylinder. I contacted customer service and they offer a free cylinder to replace. Arrived on time, however its not like an ikea chair that is just in two bits that you slot together, it takes about 15 minutes to build it. I personally don’t like the chair and feel I have wasted my money, yes its like the photos and yes it’s a chair, but its uncomfortable and has a fake PU type leather smell that is still around after 2 months of ownership. Its probably the worst office chair ive ever owned and really disappointed, I wish I had paid more for a more expensive chair. On the plus side its well built and looks good.

Chair is really good. Comfortable and sturdy. Zip on pillow keeps coming undone showing the stuffing inside - which is annoying as pillow is useful for back support

As a design idea the chair is good, it's comfortable but the gas lift broke catastrophically and the rest of the chair material is not sturdily put together. I can't even replace the gas lift because other parts of the chair failed as I was removing it, so it's going to the land fill. What a pity. I've had to revert back to a much older office full mesh chair that is still in working order over this relatively new chair.
