He Dimmed the Noise, Not the People
My husband has tinnitus. I have ADHD and, well… a voice that carries. For a long time, that combo made things tough—especially in social settings. He’d end up overwhelmed or physically in pain, and slowly started opting out of family dinners, game nights, and group hangs he used to love. But these earplugs changed everything. They let him dim the volume without dimming me. He loves how passionate I am (bless him), and he never wanted to silence that—just needed a little buffer between his nervous system and the chaos of daily life. Now? He can hang out, engage, and enjoy the people he loves—without wincing every time someone laughs too loud or a kid shrieks unexpectedly. They do take a bit of getting used to when talking, like earbuds do, but once you adjust, they’re a lifesaver.Honestly, we didn’t realize how much sound was pushing him out of his own life until we turned it down just enough. These gave us our peace back—without losing the people or moments that matter most.

Great Help with Over Stimulation
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I get over stimulated very easily. Even having one in helps. I can usually still hear conversations, if I’m not tuning them out, but not all of the extra commotion. Wish I had bought them sooner.

I use this around my family
When I visit family in South Florida these are a life saver. My hair covers my ears so no one knows I’m muting their voice. It’s the best coping mechanism for a loud, hispanic family with too many opinion :)

Good and bad
They are pretty comfortable and I like the case. I can wear them to bed easier than earbuds. The foam tips combined with the mutes provide good noise suppression overall. Wearing with regular tips in public/social situations without mutes is doable and can be helpful. One issue I’ve had is irritation in one of my ears. One of them started bleeding a bit and was sore. Now I have bad tinnitus and I didn’t have it before! I’m hoping this is just temporary or because of irritation or built up wax. I also think these are too expenses, and I’m willing to bet the knock-offs are just as good.Keep your expectations reasonable. It’s not going to cure your ADHD/Autism or make your life completely different. They are just a useful and nifty tool to have when you are overwhelmed by noise.

THEY REALLY WORK
I have a severe brain injury and developed extreme sensitivity to sound. I have noise cancellation headphones and they work, but it's silence or whatever you are listening to (music or tv) in your ears. I live by a busy street where the speed limit is 25, but most people ignore it and the semi trucks are SO LOUD as they blast by my house at 50mph and many use their jake break that just wrecks me. I can wear these all day and watch tv and barely notice the noise! I sleep with them every night now because my PTSD keeps me on alert. Since these ear plugs, I am finally sleeping through the night on a regular basis. It is also helping calm my nervous system down (PTSD) because I'm not getting jolted by noises all day. These are a god send and every person with any noise sensitivity absolutely needs these. They are saving my sanity.

Must have for any loud event.
Love these things and could not survive my daughters cheer comps without them! I own two pairs and love them for concerts, cheer comps, or any loud event. They lower my anxiety and ensure my ears don’t ring for days following an event.

Meh. Nothing on LOOP but,
They’re decent but unfortunately, not happy with this purchase. I wish they did what I wanted them to, and for a while, they did but I’d rather just use headphones instead of earbuds that aren’t exactly noise cancellation. I bought these from last year and just now making a review (June 7th, 2025). The size was nothing to complain about and they fit fine, just not the noise reduction that I was looking for.

Saving my hearing
I work in a very noisy office with teen-aged squeals and multiple teens speaking more and more loudly over each other. One particularly loud squeal actually caused me to have ear ringing for 3 days and then another 3-5 days of muffled sounds. Deciding I didn't want to permanently lose my hearing I purchased these. They really work. I can still hear conversations, but the loud sounds don't hurt my ears. I would definitely recommend them.
