Great backpack
I bought this as I run to and from work in a busy city and needed something lightweight that wouldn't move around as I ran. There is plenty of space for a packed lunch, two changes of clothes and a water bottle. The straps are comfortable and the double fastening across the chest and waist keeps it stable. I don't use it to transport my laptap, but I could do, it would fit no problem. All in all, would recommend and buy again.
