Don’t hesitate, just buy them!!
I did tons of research before buying these- reading countless reviews & looking at several different brands. Soooo happy that I ended up going with these! I ordered 2 sets, took them out of the package & had all 4 panels installed within 15 minutes. I have 3 young boys that wake up at the first sight of light.....well these curtains took their rooms from super bright to DARK!! Here’s to hoping that they sleep in past 5:50 AM now. I rarely write reviews, but these are well worth it! So much so that I’m back to buy another set. Oh, & did I mention that they came SAME DAY delivery. Order them now, you won’t regret it! I know several reviews said that the Velcro didn’t hold up & the curtains fell. I’ve only had mine up for about 30 minutes so I can’t speak to that just yet, but if that happens I’ll update later. So far, so good!

Wouldn’t stay up!
These curtains were a sinch to hang! Looked great. I came home from work less than 24hrs after hanging and one had fallen the entire both sides of Velcro was on the curtain on the floor! I tried to just re-stick it, it held for a bit. I ended up having to order the replacement straps as the company offers. Those arrived timely and I started over with the one, the other was still hanging strong! New Velcro strap on a clean surface everything right and BOOM! On the floor again! These didn’t work for me. I ended up taking both down. Great, actually awesome concept just didn’t work!

Not bad...
I've now bought two sets of these (one grey and one white). I like them but I can say that I love them. The first grey set that we bought does a decently good job of keeping the light out. However, we have had issues with the curtains staying up (and yes, I followed all of the instructions on cleaning the surface properly before hand and letting it dry, etc.). The issue was not with the adhesive sticking to the wall (originally it was but that seems to have fixed itself), but now it's the adhesive sticking to the velcro. So our curtain falls, the adhesive is still on the wall and both pieces of velcro are stuck together on the curtain. I've resorted to using double-sided DUCT TAPE over the original adhesive... which has held up for the past few nights. Also, the grey curtains did not match in color. They were very close in color, but there's enough of a difference for me to notice. (For those who understand color codes, one is like a 6B6C69 and the other is like a 6C6B65).As for the white set that I bought (yes, I did buy another set even after the issues we had with the first - I just really love the idea of light not leaking in through the top). They're ok. They haven't fallen, they're the same color. They're not the -white- I was expecting. Honestly to me the look like a really, really, pale/light blue. My fiancé said they look a light grey, either way not white. They definitely don't keep light out like the darker colors, but I expected that. It's not horrible, but it's not black-out. In the picture I uploaded, the lighting isn't great but our walls are Sherman Williams Choice Cream and the white trim is Cotton White, so you can see the difference in what 'white' is considered for the curtains.

Very Good at What It's Made For
Didn't realize how dark a room could be in the daytime until I used these. I don't have experience with other blackout curtains, but these do just fine for the job. I needed to black out my room for photo and video when the natural light wasn't playing nicely for the scene. They went right on and have been staying there fine, even through high wind and storms. My room is very dark even at times when the sun is shining at a direct angle into my room. They're also doubling as acoustic curtains, which they are doing decently at. They definitely aren't made for sound isolation or acoustic treatment, but they're better than the thin curtains I had before. There is a noticeable reflection absorption happening. I've yet to measure the difference, but since one of my windows (jalousies) is on my right, and I have absorption on the left, the balance improvement with the curtains on is obviously evident. They are also equally cutting the reflections from the rear of my monitors from the window directly behind them. Overall, the performance isn't exact or ideal, but it is an improvement.

Great blackout curtains, better than expected.
I love these. I was skeptical. They were somewhat cheap, they were Velcro, and there were basically no reviews for it but I took a gamble. They worked better than I thought. I was worried because my windows have a sort of ledge on top of them so a traditional curtain was looking to be a little complicated. I found these, and they worked perfectly for my situation. I simply applied the Velcro strap, then attached the curtains. That simple.. really. I'm going to buy more for my small windows as it gets REALLY hot in Arizona so any heat coming in is tough. The fabric is thick, and it REALLY does block out all light. I was a little startled how dark it was in my room after putting these up. So far, these have already made my office and room significantly cooler. Can't wait for the others.

so it can get pretty hot around here
I live in Florida, so it can get pretty hot around here. Just put these up a few days ago and noticed a temperature difference in my apartment within an hour or so. My windows have bad insulation and these block the hot air from getting in/the cool air from getting out. Hoping they cut down on my electric bill! Already ordered a second set for my other big windows

Does what it says
This product is easy to "install" and is doing the job. The material could be a little thicker to minimise drafts further but overall really pleased.
