When making a package of gravy in a small 1qt saucepan, these are perfect to get all the way to the edge, so you don't have undissolved powder. I had to flatten the bottom a little so it will stand up in the saucepan. The only negative is that the gauge of the wire could be just a tiny bit bigger, but these still work fine and I would buy them again.

My mom received one of these for a wedding gift 52 years ago and it broke. So when I found another metal one that resembled the old one I grabbed it! It’s perfect. She very happy.

Terrific for whipping eggs, egg whites. Exceptional value for four of these whippers.I first purchased a very similar slightly larger one (1) for the same price as these 4. The performance is the same.Quicker and neater to whip eggs than with traditional whisks.

I've used one of these for many years--finally had to replace my old one.. I've never found anything that beats eggs like it--but I've found that it's best used for just one or two eggs at a time. A wire whisk is more efficient for larger batches. One caution--wash it by hand and dry it (air dry is OK) right away because eventually, it will start to rust. Do not put it in the dishwasher. Be especially careful to clean the connection between the handle and the spring.
