Good RO system, easy maintenance
I’ve been using the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK for about 2 years now and it’s been working really well. Installation was pretty straightforward and the instructions were easy enough to follow. The water tastes good, much better than tap water, and I like that it has the alkaline stage. Filter replacement is also easy once you know how everything is connected. I already changed the filters and didn’t have any issues. Overall it’s been reliable and I’m happy with it. Would recommend it if you want a reverse osmosis system that is not too complicated to install or maintain.

damaged faucet got replacement
iSpring RCC7AK-BLK is the fourth drinking water filter I installed for my family in the last 30 years. I picked iSpring RCC7AK-BLK to replace my 15 years old Watt Premier RO Pure because of the Remineralization and it saves some water from waste. Everything was fine except the oil rubbed black faucet got some scratches out of the box. The scratches on black faucet in a brand new kitchen looked odd. I emailed iSpring and after few emails back and forth within 2 days to confirm my purchase, sale person "Sean" placed a replacement order for me. I'm waiting for the replacement faucet and my drinking water filter will be perfect.

Glad I finally made this Reverse Osmosis System Purchase.
The system is high quality and can be done DIY if you follow the videos that they supply with the kit. Total install start to finish is about two hours. Only installed for a day so far but the filtered water spout is very quiet and the water is very clear and refreshing to drink. Registration process was simple and done via a QR code provided. Sean was the representative who assisted with the Registration and it was super easy. We also got a FREE 3 year extended warranty coupon with our unit when it arrived. Very happy with this purchase.
