I was sold a tablet with someone's gmail on it. That means it wasn't new but the paper work said it was. When i tried to set it up it froze up went black and came back on two hours later. And was very hot when charging it. This was a refurbish tablet passed off as new hopefully i will get my money back or a new one like i bought from jump.. I have put a request in for a return.. And this happened the same day it was delivered didn't get not one use off i think when you don't buy the warranty they give you used or defective tablets

Honestly I would not even give this tablet a 1 star but I had to in order to write a review. NOTHING works properly and there isn't enough storage space to even set up google properly. Worst product I have purchased. The thing that chaps me most of all is that I am going to lose the shipping cost when I send this junk back. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!
