I received my SUP very quickly but unfortunately it had a leak which I was unable to fix. I reported the problem to Amazon and the seller offered either my money back or a new SUP. I chose a replacement SUP which again arrived very quickly. The new board has no issues and I am gradually getting the hang of standing up but I think the board is not really suitable for beginners as it is quite low in the water and not as sturdy as a deeper board. Having said that, it is a great piece of kit for the price and I cannot fault the aftersales service.

The SUP came early which was fantastic and I was constantly being updated as to the arrival of the board which was very useful, the board seems to be in working condition with no leaks and I am very excited to get out on the water the only problem is the pump does not connect properly to the valve and therefore it is not possible to pump up alone, it requires one person to pump while another holds the valve in place! If not for this then definite 5-star rating.

Fast delivery. The kit includes everything you need - board, fin, paddle, pump with pressure gauge, bag carry everything on your back, ankle strap, puncture repair kit. The board is really durable and strong. instructions are not in English, but it’s very easy to get going, there’s lots of YouTube videos to help u inflate if you need. Remember to pull up the little valve when pumping so the air doesn’t escape, and push valve in when you want to deflate. Takes about 2 mins to inflate, and 1 min to deflate. Very easy. The inflated board is very light, maybe 5kgs, so it’s very easy to carry under your arm. The paddle has an adjustable height. Easy to transport because it all fits in bag and is light. Easy to store because it deflates and packs up small enough. We happily paddle with 2 people on board and it’s great fun, very stable. Nice blue colour. Perfect if you’re a beginner

Delivered on time and exactly as described. Took this along with our beagle dog to a local beach early the next morning (to try it out without an audience). Bearing in mind my 67 year old husband is not as supple as he was he managed to get to his feet before falling off!! At this point our dog (who hates water with a vengeance) dived straight in as he obviously thought he was in trouble. Only the fact that I had him on the long lead (there are turtles nesting on the beach) that prevented him from going too far. Anyway, even though he has not yet managed more than a few strokes he is determined to master it and I am sure someone younger or fitter will have no trouble mastering this and it definitely made my day.

Ordered this paddle board and it came within one week. Tried to blow it up at home to test if it was ok. The pump did not fit into the valve so I messaged this company and told them the fault. They responded the next day and sent a replacement pump out to me. I was very pleased with the quick response and the pump had come by the end of the week. Used the board about 5 times now and its great fun! Cannot say how pleased I am with the quick service and how willing they are to help. Thank you

Excellent product. Pump attachement was faulty but seller refunded that part of it. Easy to inflate and sturdy - have had 3 kids and a dog on it!

Awesome board for the price! Very sturdy and great for a beginner. I used it in the sea yesterday whilst a little choppy and it was super buoyant and easy to steer.

Really pleased with this paddleboard,I had no idea what to choose but chose the cheapest as had no idea what go look for. My 14year old has spent the whole summer on this paddleboard and loved it. Perfect for anyone on the lighter side over 11 stone might struggle but 2 teenagers on it was fine. Customer care brilliant, would definitely recommend make and board x
