I have been using the boAt Rockerz 255 Z Plus for around 1.5 years, and overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.Sound quality: The audio quality is quite good for this price range. The bass is punchy, the vocals are clear, and it provides an enjoyable music experience.Call quality & ENC: The ENC works noticeably well during calls. Background noise reduction is decent, making voice calls much clearer.Battery life: This is one of the biggest highlights. A quick charge of around 20-25 minutes easily lasts me around 10 days with moderate usage of about 3-4 hours per day. Battery backup is simply excellent.Issue Faced: After around 4 months, I faced a connectivity issue due to wire breakage. However, boAt's warranty service was impressive. I received a replacement of the same model within 7 days.I have been using the replacement unit since then, and it has been performing really well. For around ₹1,000, I believe this is one of the best neckband earphones available in terms of sound quality, battery life, and after-sales support.

This is the worst earphone I have ever purchased. I bought it during the Prime Day launch, hoping it would be a good deal, but I’ve had nothing but problems. Initially, there was a 7-day return policy, but it has since changed to a replacement policy. The earphones produce unwanted sounds even when no audio is playing, which is incredibly frustrating.I trusted Amazon when I bought this product, but now I feel cheated. I’m planning to cancel my subscription right away, even though I know I'll lose money since it’s a prepaid yearly plan. While I’m willing to absorb this loss, I can’t overlook the fact that Amazon has lost my trust. Even if they offered a free year of Prime or a refund for the product, it wouldn’t restore my confidence in their service. I’m out 2,690, but the bigger loss is the trust I had in them.And Boat :I used to trust Boat products because they seemed to offer good quality at affordable prices for middle-class people. However, after purchasing your latest earphones, I am extremely disappointed. It feels like the product has been downgraded to a lower quality, which is disheartening given your reputation.Middle-class customers value products based on their quality, not just their price. It seems like you might be prioritizing profit over maintaining the high standards that initially earned our trust. Your no-return policy adds to our frustration and undermines our confidence in your brand.Companies like Boeing face challenges but still strive to maintain their standards. Boat, as an established brand, should be aiming for the same level of excellence. Losing our trust due to such issues will have long-term consequences for your reputation.

wow .....😁😁😁Guys this is not good product..i mean the wire is not long so its not fix better in ears ..and also u will feel pain in ears after using it a few minutes...and its always fall down from my ears even i use accurate parts.....very annoying and disappointing ..and their is no return or refund policy..i put 4 stars just to some one notice my issue

Quality for wire to be improved

left side of the earphone stopped working just after three months of purchase ( bought the product on 17 June 26 , no help from company , poor service from their end ., now they have arranged for return pick , replacement agreed from their end .After sale service is top notch from their end just convey everything

I purchased this 6 months ago.The sound is good. Battery life is quite long. Automatic bluetooth connection with multiple devices gives it an edge. My overall experience is good. Except the mic - which is near useless.The speaking experience is compromised. I cannot use the device for meetings/calls, neither at public space nor in quiet office room. The mic is just useless. So, I would not suggest you to go for the device if you are looking for communication purpose. If you are using it solely for listening, you can think of this considering the price and sound quality.I would have gifted this. I would've recommended it to many but it still has scope of improvement so I am resistant to share about this. Hopefully, bOAt will work on this

Very Disappointing Product - Serious Connectivity IssuesI purchased the boAt Rockerz 255 Z Plus on 1st March 2026, and unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.The earphones frequently disconnect from my phone and sometimes turn off automatically. I have to manually switch them on again, which is very irritating.Another major issue is that even when both earbuds are attached magnetically, the earphones sometimes remain connected to the phone instead of disconnecting automatically.For a product that is only a few months old, these issues are unacceptable. The connectivity and auto power-off features are not working reliably at all.Very disappointed with the product quality. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
