MISLEADING PRODUCT - NO SUPPORT FROM AMAZON
This product is completely misleading with it's unbox good video. The product is different than the unboxing video that is shown in conjunction with the product.

It's an old item (almost year ogo manufactured) delivered in 2025, surely the battery will be impacted.

Very very average for the price
The voice cancelling is not good enoughVoice clarity on calls is horrible. Can't change between modes of ANC/ambience when on call.Feel very let down by it. Not good enough for the high price point.

Not a good design. Doesn't fit well on ears
Got superb sound effects with sharp, bass and clear sound. Equaliser function adds value to the sound. Adaptive noise cancellation is an added feature. All the function that we see on the app is available on the display itself. These are some of the best part.Worst part here is the design. The earphones doesn't fit in ears and keeps falling. Tried with many others to check if the problem is specific to me but the the result is same on others too. Shocking that a reputed brand is making a substandard design. This is a design fault. My advice to the buyers, kindly avoid this item.
