My son loves it
Cute toy and it works good. Just set it in the water, then it starts to swim and sing. You can also hold it with your finger over the sensor on the side and it will sing outside of the water. Seems well made and was a great price at the time of purchase. Also it came with strong batteries as I have yet had to change them out. Great bath toy for kids and might even work well in a small pool. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and I'm really glad I came across this toy on Amazon.

Great quality toy – my son loves it!
My son absolutely loves this shark. The first one he had lasted from when he was 2 until he was 5, and it only broke after years of heavy play. That’s why I had to buy it again. The quality is amazing – it lasts a long, long time. You can take it to the water, the sand, it can get wet, even chewed on, and it still holds up. Honestly, it’s very durable and fun, and my son couldn’t be happier with it. That’s why I didn’t hesitate to repurchase. Highly recommended! Very safe.

Buy at your own risk
It’s a really fun and cute toy that is perfect for toddler’s that love baby shark. However, mine stopped working only after two months. Changed the batteries (which was a pain to get to btw) and it still wasn’t working. You could tell it was trying to do something since it was making a humming noise, but now baby shark lives in the garbage and I have to get my daughter another one because she can’t take a bath without her baby shark! Parents beware you may have an upset toddler sooner than you think with this bath toy.

Bought two- one is great, other doesn’t work
I bought both the baby shark and the mommy shark b/c my 2yr old daughter, decided she hated the bathtub. I was hoping these swimming/singing sharks would get her back in the bath with a smile versus screaming. Thankfully my plan worked! Thanks to the Baby Shark toy she loves the bath again! However, the toy is not of the best quality. By the 2nd bath, the mommy shark completely stopped working. The baby shark is still working and we are at bath #3. Some reviewers mentioned the baby shark song isn’t loud enough. True- I can barely hear it….. but my daughter hears it well enough that she is happy. As per reviews and one of ours dying by the 2nd bath, I don’t expect these toys to last very long…. I just needed one of them to last long enough so my daughter will continue to enjoy bathing again.. I hope our one that still works lasts at least 6 months.
