I ordered the 28"bar. It shipped very quickly, within 3-4 days. The bar came in its own package perfectly attached to the main package. Once opened everything was as expected. Put the bar with the chain on the saw, with the teeth of the chain facing correctly. Filled with gas and oil. I then pulled the starting cord a few times to assure functionality. I then pulled the choke and made sure I had the on off switch positioned in the on position. After about 20-30 pulls and no start I began wondering wth! So I pulled the plug out with the tool provided to do so. I noticed it was wet, assuming i flooded it i dried the plug with a little heat. Before I reinstall the plug I pulled the starting cord a few times to clear the cylinder of any excess gas. After reinstalling the plug it barked then started on the 4th pull. I let it run for a few minutes, than began to cut some logs that are just under 3 foot round. I had to tighten the chain a few times I expected some stretching and breaking on that. Ive used this saw for a few days now and it has always stared right up within 3-4 pulls. Its worth every penny I spent for it here on Amazon. I highly recommend this saw!

This is the best value I have ever received on any type of power tool or chainsaw. This chainsaw is an absolute beast. It runs extremely well. Very high quality think negative at all to say it would be that you should probably put on a regular Husqvarna carburetor. It seems that I’m just in the carburetor quite a bit because it’s a low quality aftermarket, but it still runs extremely well.

Received the 372 saw three days earlier than the quoted delivery date. Nothing was damaged. The saw and bar arrived together . The saw would not fire, had to adjust air gap on coil. Afterwords fired up no problem! The chain and bar are not the best, chain is extremely sharp though. I ordered with 28" bar, which will be replaced with a shorter bar. I only need a long bar occasionally. This bar will serve me when needed. I remember when all bars were hard nose and worked for years . The saw is strong! Very happy with purchase and performance. This saw like all saws that I have owned requires some carb tuning to get the best performance. The saw will run and cut as tuned but is a litte rich. I ran a tank of gas with it set rich initially with 25:1 oil. Then switched to 32:1 until broken in. Also greased clutch bearing. I would recommend to anyone comfortable working on their saws.

I got this saw knowing I was going to have issues and probably not like it. I could not have been more wrong. This is now my go to saw for larger projects. It had the power to do what you need. The only thing I did not like was the fact the bar shipped separate from the saw. Some people said they did not like the bar because it did not have a roller tip. I was raised on a roller tip (rollomatic bar). After using and learning the saw I have no issue with it. If you don’t want to drop 5-800 dollars on a big professional saw this is your go to.

It's basically a piece of junk. Chain will not stay on. That's all I can say. It's defective but their engineers say different. They won't offer any type of return or replacement. I used this piece of junk and total of 30 to 40 minutes. Tighten the c9ver plate any kind of t8ght and the chain will not move. Loosen the plate for the chain to move and it constantly comes off. All the time I am using the tensioner to tighten the chain as it loosens. My buddy thought he could get it to work right. He. Ouldnt either. It doesn't matter. Its a piece of junk. At least this particular unit is. Lesson learned the hard way.

Bar is absolute garbage

The chain does not tighten up. Waste of money.

The Way that it runs and cuts and starts easing from the initial start it start on the first pull I do a lot of wood cutting have a Stihl chainsaw 310 with a 20" bar for years that always starts and runs good But this saw starts easier a handed 30" plus tree's better But if you have not had experience with chainsaws this is getting in. To the size and power that takes experience to run and not get hurt. This saw don't lack for power it starts very easily and runs strong. It is a clone from the big Husqvarna chainsaw that my son has. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this saw for the price it is and the performance . After a year of running this saw still starts on the first pull After starting it the first time had to choke first pop starts one pull
