I used to get frequent upper respiratory infections and pneumonia, at least once a year. During that time I was taking a capsule zinc supplement along with other vitamins and minerals, but I still got sick frequently. This liquid zinc seems to be more readily absorbed for use by my body. It has really helped to improve my immunity. It does taste awful, so I recommend mixing it with a little bit of water or juice. It won’t make it taste any better, but it’s easier to just knock it down in one swallow that way.
