OTABU| Women Accordian Pleat Maxi Flared Skirt

I'm a petite person so the maxi skirt was too long for me that is why I had to return it. Fabric and look was okay. The elastic waistband makes it look less elegant. Otherwise, for the price, the product is good. For women with smaller frame, like me, may go for a shorter length instead of maxi length to get desired look.
