Warranty and part list update
HiWould like to start my warranty 07/07/2024.There was a rubber seal not listed in parts I think it is placed between parts 2&7 to cover canopy screws.And NaNcy I would like to test a larger fan in one of our outside rooms. The one I installed I think I would like more speed for more air flow it is under an outdoor shelter and it was 97 degrees on try out.Otherwise everything worked great and love the timer on the remote.Thanks Frank E.

Great buy in getting this ceiling fan. It's quiet and the remote makes its easy to adjust the speed. Easy install as well.

Not worth the time or money
I bought 2 and both won't run on the individual remotes , or on 1. They start and stop on there own speed up and slow down on there own. Not worth the time to put them up or the money.1 star for the look. Bought them to replace fans on a patio that had tornado damage, if I would have been able to put them up earlier I'd have been able to return them.

Customer service is amazing
installed easy and everything worked correctly had some troubles linking the remotes, but customer service helped with absolutely everything. Just really wish there was a feature to preset the fan speed and only use the wall switch.
