Great bar and great tasting, However I found this same thing for $17 at Costco.

Sometimes the side effects are worth it. Sometimes they aren't. These bars are unfortunately the latter. They taste absolutely amazing and the texture and crunch are above most of the other bars in the industry.It's what happens after you consume it that is the problem. Your belly will begin to cramp, your stomach will begin to lurch. You'll believe - for a brief moment - that you are a sailor in the navy and you're at sea, encountering mild to mid-sized squalls as the boat rocks you back and forth.And then, like a thunderous emission, your body will let out the worst stench you and your family will smell all day. Forget about going to the gym, or yoga class, or class of any kind, and prepare to make apologies for the raunchy butt-stench you are going to produce for the rest of the day.I wish I could return the opened box with seventeen remaining bars, but alas. I'll let out one last whimper and give these away to some less fortunate soul.

I am a weight loss surgeon who performs surgery to help people to lose weight. I also help patients with medical weight loss that employs a better eating style and exercise. I teach patients to eat higher protein meals with less sugar. These protein bars have an ideal nutrition profile but in addition they taste amazing like a snicker’s bar. This allows patients to eat healthier but also to enjoy what they are eating in a convenient way. Most of my patients are now eating a few of these bars daily with a protein and veggie meal somewhere in the day and achieving great weight loss by decreasing calories but also maintaining adequate protein intake. I eat at least 2 bars daily with 1-2 healthy meals daily to maintain a healthy weight. I love these bars. My favorite flavors are chocolate peanut butter, caramel peanut, and chocolate chocolate chip cookies dough. You will love them once you try them!!!

As I said in the headline. The taste is 4.5 stars, one of the best tasting bars on the market. The issues comes after the bar is eaten. The alcohol sugars they use are maltitol and sorbitol (both used as laxatives). The cramping and bloating afterwards are the after effects you are left dealing with for two hours.Also the product contains pork and beef in the form of gelatin. I would of liked to have know this before purchasing the product! I can see now why they decided against listing the ingredients.

Product is great. However, when shipping to AZ Spring - fall and sometimes even Winter you NEED cold shipping and a way to ensure chocolate does not melt while it sits on my porch waiting for me to get back from work, Also, Costco has these for $16.00USD how is it Costco sells so low and you can't provide same pricing to AMAZON PRIME members (we also pay a very pricey yearly membership just sayin). All that said I love your product but will now only buy it at Costco.

I am being totally honest, this cookie bar is without a doubt the best tasting, easiest chewing, protein bar I have ever had in my life. It's so easy to bite into, not hard like 99% of other protein bars and does NOT leave a strange after taste in your mouth. This is the only protein bar I will ever eat for the rest of my training period. I have recommended these bars to all of my friends, and family. Try these you Won't be disappointed.

When they arrived, the chocolate was melted. I put them in the refrigerator and the chocolate hardened up. I don't think I will order these online because of this. They taste very good. One of the best bars I have had.

I use these protein bars as a meal replacement ... usually for lunch ... or as an afternoon snack so that I am not starving for dinner. Great way to keep my protein intake up and calorie count down. I have tried both the large and small versions. And believe it or not, even though I am a big guy, the large are "too much" for me. Not "too much" in volume but in that I get satisfied before the bar is completed and I want to save it for later. The snack size clocks in at ~190 calories is usually enough. So, that is all I am buying now.I've tried several flavors, and by far the cookie-dough flavor is my favorite. The flavor profile is entertaining and satisfying enough to stem the hungry's and cravings. I like them and will keep on buying them. Only downside is that they are on the high-side of price. So, I wince a little with each purchase. But obviously I think that it is worth it since I keep buying. :-)

The best protein bar! The only problem is getting access to other flavours in Canada. Amazon.ca only has the one kind.
