This ladle is sturdy, flexible, and easy to use. It is easy to pour soups and sauces without making a mess, and the flexible bowl reaches the corners of the pot better than a hard plastic ladle. I was excited to try it the 1st day it arrived as we make a lot of dinners in the instapot. I also like that it is made from one seamless piece of silicone. There are no cracks or joints to trap food, and it is BPA and BPS free, which makes it feel like a healthier choice than some plastic utensils. It is also gentle on nonstick cookware and dishwasher safe. The measurements on the spoon are useful, although they can be a little hard to see on the black silicone (just like in the Amazon photos). Overall, this is a practical, well made kitchen tool that I am already using often.

I've had this for a few months now. I wanted to use it a fair amount before writing a review. At first, I didn't think I was going to like it. After I used it, I did like it. It has one difference from other ladles I've seen or had. The bottom part of the ladle, the part opposite the handle, is very soft and flexible. I thought at first that when full of soup or something it would flex and the soup would at least partially spill out. It doesn't. What that soft part does really well tho, it gets in the bottom of a slow cooker and gets every drop of soup, chili or whatever else you have in there. If you press to hard, it folds up but if you get the pressure just right, it shapes itself to the bottom and sides of a slow cooker, boiler or whatever and gets every drop out. The handle on this is very strong. It has to have metal or some strong wood inside. You can't bend it, flex it if you try hard enough but not bending it. It also has a hook to hang it with. I don't use it for my storage but if you hang yours, it has a hook. It's not heavy but is strong. It does a good job of getting everything out. The handle is plenty long enough even for my 10 quart slow cooker which is pretty deep. It's the deepest cooking container I have. It makes getting out soup real easy since it shapes itself to the container and also has a large capacity. Two scoops is enough for a full size meal. The price isn't bad and that neat little soft part that makes it so easy to use is a feature I wasn't expecting. Overall, this is the best ladle I've ever had or seen.

This ladle is amazing! Like ok it's just a ladle calm down but it's really the best! It's a solid piece of silicone so heat resistant and no weird crevices for bacteria to hide in. The scoop part is the absolute perfect firmness where it's strong enough to hold a heaping portion of meaty stew without spilling. But the edge is soft enough that you can easily get into every crevice of the pot and leave no soup behind. It doesn't have a little spout shape but I didn't have any trouble pouring tomato soup without making a mess so I don't think that's a problem. It's also easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher. My parents used to have a le cruset ladle that was nylon plastic or whatever with a single silicone edge. It worked great and I was going to buy one for myself but balked at spending $30 on a ladle. I bought this one instead and it's definitely better and for less than half the price. Also their Le cruset one broke at the seam between the silicone and nylon so I'll be recommending this to them as it's replacement.

I love these ladles! I ordered the smaller one about a year ago, and it performed so well, I decided to get the larger one. They clean up beautifully, and they allow me to get every bit of my sauce, pudding, etc., out of the pan. They can be put anywhere in the dishwasher because they're silicone. Best ladles ever!

Great ladle with a soft leading edge that allows it to flatten against the bottom of the soup pot and pick up the last of the soup. It has a good weight and sturdy feel. Unlike nylon ladels, this one won't melt when left in contact with high heat.

The bowl of this ladle was a little more flexible than I expected, but it still works very well. I really like the large size! This is great to use with my Lodge, enamel-coated, cast iron Dutch oven, because it doesn’t scratch it! The color is BRIGHT red. I would prefer a darker red, more like the enamel finish, but that it just my opinion. This is a really good ladle. I’m happy with it.

I ordered this as a gift but it came too late...but THAT was OK!!! I kept it and I LOVE IT! It has interior measurement markings which is great, but...what I REALLY LOVE is the soft front edge...you can bend it to clean out the last drop of your soup or stew or whatever you are ladling out! I love that it has a high heat tolerance too. My new favorite cooking tool! I have it propped up on a little plastic storage container that has a real red lid, so you can see the shade of red the ladle is, it is a beautiful bright cherry red. The handle is firm, I'm thinking this will last a lifetime! I am SO glad I got to keep this! I would REALLY suggest this if you are looking for a GREAT ladle! "GIR" stands for get it right, and they did!

Big. Flexible a little but sturdy. Handle is long. Measuring scale in bowl. Used mostly on liquids so far without issue. Have not tried on sturdier stuff yet. But that is all I used the old one in the past on also. So, there is that. But our new favorite ladle

Very good quality and thick. Wouldn’t pay lesser for those that can withstand a lower temp.

I love this laddle. So perfect for all my pots. Won't wreck surfaces. Easy to clean as well. It bends to gets those last bit of soup in the pot that a metal laddle can't get. Would recommend to anyone. I have actually bought several of these for family and friends.
