Usable mink oil leather conditioner but complete ingredients not fully disclosed.
We've got plenty of leather goods in our household that require conditioner and preservation. Let's try out this one by resyruly.Findings:3.4oz (100ml) tin of leather conditioner containing mink oil is adequate for most applications. A small amount goes a long way.Contains 2x small 2" (50.8mm) diameter sponge applicators.I apply it on leather car seats, bike saddles, baseball gloves, purses and pouches, belts, gloves, shoes, etc.Works well as intended with careful application and polishing.Slight concerns:There's no detailed list of all the ingredients. Mink oil is usually only a small % of the total ingredients. Therefore, I use latex gloves when applying this product compared to bare hands when using all natural mink oil conditioners.Applicator sponges are a bit too small when conditioning larger leather products.Use on smooth (outer) leather only. Not for use on Nubuck or suede (inner) leather.

Does a first-class job in restoring and protecting old and new leather
I have been using Mink oil on leather goods for many years. The climate in the Northeast US results in a lot of snow, so leather boots you wear outside for work, shoveling, or hiking get exposed to a lot of water. The water/snow eventually steals the oils that make the leather soft and protect it, so it will dry out and crack. As good quality leather boots are quite expensive these days, it is highly desirable to restore damaged leather as well as protect leather that is still in good shape. Mink oil has always (at least for the last 100 years) been one of the best ways to restore leather damaged by repeated exposure to snow and the salt used to melt the snow. I have several pairs of leather boots that need to be restored and protected, and I have used mink oil for many years to carry out that function. This mink oil seems to be as good as the mink oils I have used in the past and is naturally stable so that it will last for many years in the can. While the can does not have instructions, the product description has recommendations for its use. I normally put mink oil on my leather boots in the Fall season and again during the winter after cleaning the leather. I leave it on overnight, keep the boots in a warm place (indoors), and then wipe off the excess. It does a wonderful job making the leather soft and waterproof again. I have used it with good results on leather gloves, leather steering wheel covers, shoes, and my wife’s purses. This mink oil is top-notch.

Works well!
I love protecting my leather motorcycle riding gear with mink oil. It keeps the leather supple and new looking, plus it adds waterproofing. I put it on boots, jackets, chaps, gloves. My 20+ year old deerskin gloves look like new with a fresh coating of this mink oil. Good stuff.

As good as any other mink oil paste I've used recently
Have used this so far on work boots and a pair of dress shoes. Seems to do as good a job as others I have used. There is no statement about the percentage of mink oil in the product and only a trace of the characteristic mink oil scent, so I expect the content is pretty low. I have noticed no skin irritation from its use.
