I've now been using this product for 5 days and already see a marked difference. I have way more energy, I no longer suffer from constant cravings and my bloating has disappeared!!!! I've tried so many products for the bloating and in three days it disappeared with Happy Mammoth. My sleep has also improved. I no longer wake in the middle of the night and bounce easily out of bed in the morning now. Let me add that I am 57 years old and this has been a game changer for me. I can fully recommend this so far. I'll have to see where I am in a month.

I’m 42, mom of three older teens, and I’ve been the same pant size since junior high. HOWEVER, we all know what’s happening behind the scenes: saggy skin, cellulite, apron tummy, perimenopause, period roller coaster, etc. I am always on-the-go, but I don’t “work out”. I eat in moderation and I drink a lot of water. I wanted to try something to curb the fat formations and emotional highs and lows. These pills are advertised everywhere; I am not even really active on social media, but I saw it everywhere. A bit pricey, especially since I don’t like to rely on supplements. There’s a bit of a flavor that’s kind of a natural taste, but it goes away quickly. I don’t really take vitamins, but I thought I could start taking something to take care of myself. There are no real instructions with these pills. Just take three a day. With 16oz of water? Before or after a meal? At bedtime? In conjunction with working out? I don’t know. I took them at bedtime. I wanted to make sure I noticed any changes without any other variables, so I didn’t change anything about my diet or lifestyle (still being as healthy as I can). I had two periods. My youngest started high school. So, there was a lot of emotion during this pill-taking time. I didn’t lose weight. I was just as emotional and crampy while on my period. My body doesn’t look any different. I didn’t feel any more energized in the morning. I didn’t find myself emptying out the pipes any more than usual. I don’t want to put on a bikini. I am just going to diet better and try to use my treadmill more, and also adjust my perception of my self image. I don’t want to be discouraging to anybody; they may work for some, but I’m a pretty normal gal and I didn’t even have a hint of difference. If I had been less emotional or felt more energized, I would more likely be buying a second bottle and then also working out more and using these pills to work towards my goal of just keeping myself healthy as I get older. I’m just leaving a review to be honest and help out. Maybe these should be more of a boost to an already active lifestyle. They just didn’t work for me.

I have to say I was very skeptical. I am 51 yrs. old and going through the menopause transition. I have been taking the Hormone Harmony supplement for 3 months now, and I am so pleased! The biggest thing to note is that I have little to no hot flashes. I was having them multiple times a day and at night. I no longer have them!! Seriously. I had a very mild (40 sec.) on one time in the last 3 months. I have much more energy than I have had in the last 10 years. I have not seen significant tummy fat reduction, or at least as much as I had hoped, but I do notice that I am less hungry as well, which is always a plus!

As a peri menopausal woman I've dealt with many symptoms. I find this supplement decreases those symptoms. On day two I noticed a slight elevation in my energy and my ability to stay calm improved. I look forward to see if other issues are addressed. These supplements are not only backed by science but lab tested. Trust the process of cycling so your body doesn't acclimate to them. Always consult your physician before starting any new health regiment. The caplets were easy to swallow and I love the dark glass bottle to maintain their effectiveness.

So I starting taking this two months ago and what a difference. I hadn't realized how much of an issue my perimeno weirdness was becoming. Anxiety, tendons hurting, no hot flashes though so I didn't even realize that it was related. I just thought I was falling apart. I took this for the first time not expecting much. After two days I went through some sort of jet lag feeling and slept like a rock for the first time in a while. Then I was good as new. I can't explain it other than the old me is back. I am praying it lasts, so I noticed you are supposed to give it two days in between bottles. Just noticed that on their page, so keep that in mind because it's to avoid you getting to used to it. I really am so grateful I came across this. The price is a little steep but for your health it's worth it. However, I worry about the women that could use it but just couldn't afford this consistently. Hopefully as more people find it and customer base grows, they can work on the pricing a bit. But first time in a long time I've seen a supplement work as well as the claim.

I have just finished a bottle which lasts a little less than a month. Not sure I noticed any difference, at least it wasn't significant enough for me to want to buy another supply yet. There is a slight (kind of) fishy taste when you take them, but it didn't last. I had no stomach upset with them, but I have a pretty strong stomach. They are large capsules that you take 3 per day. I took them in the morning. I have lost weight since starting them, but it has been paired with more exercise and paying attention to what I'm eating, so I'd likely have lost that weight anyways. We shall see if I come back to get more after not taking them for a while.
