My doctors want me on a high protein plant based diet and found these protein bars that tastes great with no added sugar. I have these brand bars every morning for breakfast and has been a staple at breakfast. A very reasonable priced bar for this much protein.

Quality has gone downhill
The price for this fluctuates wildly and each time I buy it I can taste more and more of the alcohol sugars in it. The quality has gone down greatly but as someone with allergies this works in a pinch and is filling.

Our favorite protein bars
My two daughters and four grandchildren (idk about my son-in-law) all give these their official okey-dokey. They have more protein and less carbs than soooo many other ones. The only drawback is that they have soy protein, which my two teenage grandsons shouldn’t have. They like them, though, and I haven’t found an acceptable alternative.
