Perfect size for teas meant to be steeped multiple times
I use this for pu-erh tea and king’s high mountain oolong . You can have a good yield just from a small amount of leaves since you have to steep multiple times .

The tea pot feels really nice, it's made really well, the packaging is designed really nicely, the teapot is very nicely secured inside the packaging and the little card that's inside is adorable too (they literally write that damaged items don't need to be sent back because "we treat your time like we treat our money". I don't know I just find that very cute).Over all a great purchase and I'm sure I'm gonna use it a lot!Definitely recommend getting this one if you're searching for a teapot.

Almost perfect kyusu!
I really like this kyusu, but there are a few things I wish were slightly different. What I love:* The pattern is beautiful. I don't know that it looks like natural rock, but it is lovely to look at.* It's the perfect size for 6-7oz serving of tea.* The spout has a filter (would only work with larger leaves) in addition to a removable basket.* The removable basket makes it a lot easier to clean the kyusuWhat is not my favorite:* The angle of the handle is challenging for me. I prefer one that sticks out relatively perpendicular to the pot. It was challenging for me to get a good, stable grip when pouring.* The basket doesn't reach the bottom of the teapot, so tea leaves don't have as much space to expandThe basket issue is the only one that keeps me from making this my regular kyusu. I'll eventually figure out the right way to hold the handle, but I don't get quite as much flavor when the tea leaves aren't fully submerged or expanded. The price at posting is $26.99, which is an excellent value!
