We were first introduced to this product at a trail run— great energy that you could measure out as needed. But have found them to be a great asset for travel, as well— especially when flight schedules may differ from your usual or when you may wish to be on-the-go to make the most of once-in-a-lifetime experiences. We are not coffee drinkers and even if it were so, this is much more convenient to pack & have handy than a liquid. Do NOT expect these beans to replace sleep— just to help adjust your sleep pattern.

My son swears by these. He loves them before his cross country meets. He takes them about 30 minutes before the race. He's never had an upset stomach or felt bad. He does say that it gives him a little boost.

Perfect gift for an athlete!! Especially a runner!

I have used the sports beans for all of my races and my long runs. I’m a Boston, marathon and pretty competitive these things help me so much it’s all I use with an electrolyte drink. they taste really good too they remind me of jellybeans but with a kick. I alternate with the caffeinated ones. Super potent. I only need a few beans at a time.

These are great for my long runs. Quality great.

I don’t like using gels for the races or my lobg runs. These are a great and confortable alternative. I don’t even notice that I have them with me. Beware that they are mixed flavors so you might get a surprise in the middle of a race (one flavor is specially sour and During a race you cannot choose them). Would buy again (specially the watermelon flavor.
