I’ve had it for a while and I recently used it for a fresh lobe piercing and it didn’t irritated my sensitive ears. It’s durable and it hasn’t fallen out. It is a little hard to screw on tho. I used to use it for my conch but it was a little uncomfortable to sleep with it because it would poke you but for the lobe it’s been fine so far.

It’s very cute and fits nicely on the ears. However, it does catches onto your shirt bcs of the spikes of the star. The length didn’t fit my ears I would recommended purchasing a smaller backing.
