We got this tv as a replacement for Nana's bedroom tv. The one she had was a bit old and couldn't add extra apps. She now wanted to use Disney+ so this was an issue. This tv is very easy to setup. And can be wall mounted easily. It is very thin so you might have to add spacers to allow a bit of space between tv and wall for cable access and fitting. The setup does push you to f Download a Samsung app for smart devices which i wasn't keen on, but it makes setup much easier. It's pre loaded with all the most common apps like prime / netflix/ disney+/ spotify and has lots of choice to add more. There's lots of connectivity options to other smart devices. As this was for Nana we kept it simple and made sure she could stream what she wanted. This comes with 2 remotes (1 simple, 1 full options) which is great for making it easier to use. The image quality is excellent, sharp and bold colours, and the sound quality is surprisingly good. There's no tin sound which you sometimes get. Good quality, really good value on sale. Be aware the stand is in the box ha ha I couldn't find it so bought one then found it great sound and picture but sadly have scratches on the screen but that doesn't ruin the bargain that this is

Bought when on offer and its well worth the money. Used to have Samsung then switched to Sony - the move back with this TV was a move in the right direction. Samsung have improved their smart TV app and it's so much nicer to use than my last experience. Quick, responsive and this one came with 2 remotes which is handy as I have more chance of finding it in my house. Screen is wonderfully sharp and the sound is great, haven't plugged in my surround sound and don't think I'll need to.

Good value tv panel. Light to place in situ. Pic is very good for the money. Sound is pretty reasonable, superior to the LG i had previously. Colours are bright definition is very good. Remote is also easy to use. Pity it is not backlit though. Cannot comment on broadcast tv picture, i do not watch broadcast tv. But on apple tv & firestick, very good. UPDATE 30/01/25 The on/off button needs an extra hard press to operate. This has been slowly developing for a few weeks. I do not know how long it will remain operational tbh. It will likely stop operating altogether. Then it will have to be one of the replacement one for all remotes from amazon! Pity that the quality has dropped off to such an extent, it is only weeks old!

Be careful with this one. The returns policy is ridiculous. The screen was completey smashed when my tv arrived, I contacted customer service who were happy to refund it, but to get the refund I have had to find a carrier company that will send it back myself and then claim the money back afterwards. The box it arrives in is massive and only 2 companies will transport this big and item. Its been so stressful and a really chewy process. The guy who eventually collected it was astounded that they hadn't come to collect it themselves. Its a good job I'll persevere with stuff like this or I wouldnt be able to claim my refund for it. I'm not happy with Amazon at all about this. Imagine if it had been a fridge or washing machine? I'd just never get the money back. I have now replaced this, but I certainly have NOT ordered it again from amazon. I ordered from Argos and that one arrived without a hitch. The one from Argos works perfectly, and I couldn't be happier with the tv it's self now I have a fully working one. Lessons learnt thought, in future unless it can fit in a large envelope so it can be returned, I will no longer be getting it from amazon. The 1 star reflects my whole experience with Amazon for this order and not the tv when it is working properly. The Samsung TV itself is amazing and does everything I need it to, wifi, bluetooth, smart features, crystal clear picture.

What an excellent TV. 65’’ Of pure bliss. You also can use Samsung TV tons of channels absolutely free. The TV it’s self was well worth the money, the quality is excellent.

Specification of the TV contains an error. The specification says it has 120hz refresh rate which is incorrect, it has the normal 50hz. For general use this makes little difference, but can make a difference if you are purchasing the TV for gaming. This error has been reported to Amazon and the spec will be updated. However purely as a TV, the picture quality is excellent. Connectivity is easy with other devices. Smart view for mirroring was easy from a Galaxy tablet not requiring 3rd party apps. sound quality is good. For the price point I would recommend.
