Don't expect a miracle but can't hurt
This product claims to "possibly" help reverse gray hair coloring over time (recommended for 0-30% gray coverage). Obviously, I haven't used it for the 16 weeks-5month it says it takes to see improvements so I can't comment on if that is effective or not. However, I can report on the aspects of the shampoo as a shampoo. The packaging is nice and sleek and features a flip opening to easily dispense the shampoo. It has an inner safety seal under the cap. Instead of sulfates, it relies on Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate which is "a strong cleansing agent effective in removing dirt, oils, and pollutants from hair and considered mild, as it cleans without stripping the hair." It may dry out the hair and/or scalp so I would say caution with those with dry or possibly even curly hair. I'm 46 and starting to get gray hairs, maybe up to 5% mostly around my temples/face framing layers. My texture is wavy and prone to much dryness/frizz so I will see how it reacts with the shampoo composition. I have used the C-14-16 before in other shampoos without noticeable issue. However, I will say I do not wash my hair every day—about 2x a week on average unless I'm working outside. This shampoo foamed up really well and My scalp felt really clean. I didn't notice too much scent other than a unisex woodsy type smell and it didn't last past showering. My scalp felt really clean upon rinsing but I didn't care much for how my stands felt—dry and "grabby" --a little more so than my Ogx non sulfate shampoo. I grabbed VO5 conditioner (that I normally use for co-washing) and that seemed to get everything back on track. After air drying, my hair seems to feel normal. From the company's founders: "When our hair starts to turn gray, it is due to a lack of the amino acid tyrosine. In order to preserve and repigment hair, you need to give the body access to ingredients that potentiate this amino acid, which creates melanin (hair color). It's important to note that repigmentation of white hair is less likely since there is typically no longer pigment in those hair strands. If a hair strand is gray, you can supply the body with what it is lacking in the early stages of graying hair, and it is possible to repigment those strands." All in all, keep expectations in mind and don't expect any miracles but I don't see how the shampoo can hurt.I want to point out a few things:-- This is not silicone free. It contains Amodimethicone which some may like and others may not.--It says it takes 16weeks-5months or so before seeing improvements in hair pigmentation. However—there is no indication either on the page or on the bottle how often this is supposed to be used to see results within that time frame. Is that from 1x a week use? 2x a week? Daily shampooing? It would be nice to have some clarification of how many applications per week is needed. I don't wash my hair daily (and neither do many others) so would be nice to know how often application is needed to see the stated results.--Fragrance is listed on the ingredients but is denoted that is natural fragrance from cedar and sage.--Says cruelty free but doesn't have leaping bunny symbol--Be aware the claims/results are based on a consumer perception study and from participants'' reports rather than actual clinical trials. But the amino acid (peptide) component used has shown promise in small studies. It is called Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-20 amide that mimics the action of α-MSH (alpha Melanocyte Stimulating Hormone) by binding to the MC1-R (melanocortin 1 receptor) and stimulating melanin production. This peptide helps repigment hair by increasing melanin production in the hair bulb and reducing oxidative stress. I doubt this can actually reverse any permanent graying but might be a good option to help delay graying.

Great shampoo for fullness and less shedding!
Been using this shampoo with its a 10 leave in conditioner and love them together. I do not leave in the conditioner though I rinse it off. Something about this Duo is working great for my fine dry hair. Hair is full and feels and smells great 👍 I haven’t tried the conditioner that goes with this shampoo, but I’m thinking I may not need it, as you are only supposed to use conditioner from the hair shaft to the ends to avoid clogging the skin on the scalp. I used to use a volumizing mouse but I’m finding that these two items really make my hair feel and look full! Can’t tell on the less greying effect yet, as I’m half way through the bottle. I do notice much less hair shed!

Works!
I have been using this for a few years and have not gotten any new gray hair. It is recommended you leave it in your hair for a few minutes before rinsing off. I have fine hair and it definitely does not dry it out. It is amazing to be older and not have to color my hair!

Not that great
Not that great. It does not lather well. Smell is meh . It actually felt like a very cheap product, given its price the price. Much less product that actual bottle size .

Leaves your hair feeling healthier, but didn't notice too much grey reduction.
I started noticing grey hairs about a year ago and when I came across this shampoo, I decided to give it a try. I have been using this for about 5 months now and have not noticed much of a reduction in greys. It has made my hair feel a bit softer and I have noticed less breakage, but I wouldn't exactly get this hoping to see considerable change in greys.
