Good product. Excellent if you are diabetic or have nerve damage or brain nerve damage. It soothes and rebuilds nerve pathways, helps to burn belly fat for diabetic folks, and also alleviates anxiety by calming nerves in brain. I take it for all the reasons listed. It helps me sleep soundly, and has calmed down my anxiety during a very stressful period. It is the fat soluble form of Vit B1 Thiamine. The problem with all the B vitamins is that they are water soluble so don't stay in your body long enough and the bulk is flushed out. Fat soluble forms stay in body much longer so are able to be used all day long. Very helpful product that I take nightly - it has vastly improved my health! This brand is good value as I checked all the other brands. Vitamatic brand on Amazon also makes a good Benfotiamine but slightly more pricey.

After less than a week of taking two capsules per day in conjunction with gentle pilates therapy, the nerve pain in my right leg (caused by L4/L5 herniation) is almost gone. I'm so impressed. It feels like a miracle!
