A great product , it ironed on so well & hid a tear in a dress , delighted .

A good way to mend a slight tear
The downside is that you have to unwind the tape from the card to look inside for the instructions but after that is foolproof and very effective. I mended a slight tear in a sheet and it really is invisible. Haven't washed it yet so don't know how durable it is.

Does what it says
Excellent buy and has given a new lease of life to the cuffs of a favourite casual jacket. It requires considerable pressure for the tape to adhere to the sleeve but don't give as the result is worth it. Don't let the iron become too hot it is not necessary and could burn the sleeves.

Okay I guess
Used it to patch a hole in a black cotton shirt. No instructions on the packaging, so initially tried the thing you normally do with this sort of product, which was to cover it with a damp cloth. Didn't work at all. Repair tape didn't stick at all.So tried the method that works with iron on fabric patches, which is to iron the item you're repairing first, put the tape on, then apply the iron directly to it and leave it there for a bit. Then let cool whilst still on the ironing board before picking up. That so far seems to have worked, although if this is the only way to get this repair tape to work, then I can't see how it will be good for synthetics that need a lower temperature.(Also, I have a suspicion in time that the corners will start to peel away, so next time I repair something with this tape I will cut rounded corners on it before using)

Great product
Great product. I accidentally ripped a favourite dress, and I was able to repair it - so it wasn't noticeable!

Soft and easy to apply with a medium-cool iron
Although this brand of repair fabric was not previously used, something similar from the now defunct Woolworths was used although that comprised a non-treated fabric with a length of fabric fusing tape (its adhesive) included. The fabric can be cut to size and shape to suit a specific repair and a piece that is about 1.5cm larger on all sides is probably the least required. With a medium-cool iron, it has been found best to dampen the fabric immediately prior to applying the iron and it then adheres very well to all sorts of fabrics including some that are synthetic. Other colours will probably be purchased if and when specific needs occur.Although instructions are supposed to be contained within the pack, with two pieces totalling less than 10cm being used, insufficient was unwound to find them. My own method which has been used for decades with melt-able repair tapes produced a very good and almost invisible repair - a colour match is not always possible but the underlying material was a deep natural black and a good match for this.

Excellent textile repair tape
Fine pure cotton repair tape is excellent for repairing small holes in things like sheets. Easily cut to size and pressed onto the fabric using an iron. Good quality fabric and decent adhesion.
