Read ingredients carefully…
For Shilajit to actually work the supplement needs 40%or more Fulvic Acid this does not have this it says :Shilajit 1,500 mg then the from 75 mg to 20:1 extract (std. Fulvic acid 5%)-3 gummies is a serving.I believe that is not an adequate amount of Fulvic acid as I have read & others have commented on.
