Excellent customer service
Love this umbrella. Easy to assemble, good quality material and provides large shade coverage. Great value for the price. There was a defect in my umbrella so I contacted customer service, they responded immediately and sent me a replacement part.

extreme heat protectant and convenient close and open
I had a open patio at the back of my house and was looking for an umbrella for a shade. This umbrella makes life easy and comfortable now. We family members can stay in the patio without worrying extreme heat. It's decent enough for a family of size 4. The pulley allows easy and convenient way of opening and closing the umbrella. Loving it.

Very pleased for the price
This was INCREDIBLY easy to put together as one person. You absolutely need a weighted base of some kind- I put large sand bags over it and it holds fine. It’s obviously not the most durable, but for the price it’s exactly what I expected. Somewhat concerned about the one piece that holds its extend out is plastic, not sturdier- but we’ll see how it holds up. If they had included a backup of that piece, or had it been constructed of steel or more durable material, it would be 5 stars!

Sturdy patio umbrella
I've been enjoying my new patio umbrella with UV protection. It's been a lifesaver on these scorching summer days as it blocks out the sun's harmful UV rays. I noticed a significant difference and I can finally relax under the patio for extended periods without getting sunburned. The umbrella is big enough to cover my entire patio table and chairs, so I can comfortably enjoy meals outdoors with my family. It is also waterproof, which is great for unexpected rain showers. A perfect addition to my backyard.

Easy to put together but needs weight on the base.
The umbrella is easy to put together. It opens and closes easily and you don’t need any additional tools to put it together. You will need to either hook the base to the ground (there are holes in the base to bolt it to the ground) or put weight on the base when the umbrella is open so that it won’t fall down.

The worst piece of crap I ever bought on Amazon.
The metal pieces were rusty. Several screws missing. The canopy is discolored Awful

Too small base
I had to return this umbrella because the base was too small for the large umbrella making it very top heavy. The slightest breeze would have tipped it over.
