Working on installing a new unfinished textured door. Used a small and very fine foam roller to add 4 coats of semi-gloss enamel. The 1500 grit with an orbital sander was light enough to avoid knocking down the fake wood grain texture in the door panel plus just enough grit to remove light orange peel that built up from multiple coats. Door came out great. Great sand paper. I also used some high grit with a spray bottle to hand wet sand the oxidized epoxy layer covering some solar cells for garden solar lights, worked great. Can recommend.

Buying this for the second time and works awesome using either by hand or my hand electric sander

All the way up to 3000. Makes polishing clear coat that much easier. I like the 5” pad that I can attach the grit I need and apply light pressure without sliding off the sanding block.
