LOVE
As a hello kitty fan, I automatically love this.BUT the whole item is so sturdy, like, you know, well build. The seal on it keeps the food fresh and contains everything. The cultery holder bit is perfect. It's a decent size for lunches.I have ran it through the dishwasher a couple of times and it's been good. No issues.

Faulty. Just a pink box with an exposed fork & spoon
Missing Hello kitty plastic lid. The fork and spoon were exposed and unprotected.

The lunch box came missing the lid and poorly packaged the first time, but upon contacting customer support i was able to return in and receive a new one. It cane better packaged the 2nd time around and all in one piece fortunately :) bought it for my daughter at nursery. It’s cute and fits her needs.

Half a star!! Product came with no lid and only a fork. Totally rubbish material. Currently on the way to return it, total waste of time!
